Abstract
Description
Claims (22)
- 塩素化および/またはフッ素化プロペンを生成するための1工程プロセスであって、i)XがClまたはFである式CHCl=CHXを有する、ジクロロエチレンまたはクロロフルオロエチレン;とii)aが0〜3である式CH(4−a)Xaを有する、メタン、クロロメタン、フルオロメタンまたはクロロフルオロメタンとを反応させることにより、少なくとも1種の塩素化および/またはフッ素化プロペンを提供する工程を包含する、1工程プロセス。
- 前記塩素化および/またはフッ素化プロペンが、aが0〜3である式CHX=CH−CH(3−a)Xaを有する、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記プロセスが、600℃未満の温度において行われる、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記プロセスが、500℃未満の温度において行われる、請求項3に記載のプロセス。
- 前記プロセスが、雰囲気圧またはそれ以上において行われる、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記プロセスが、200psigより高い圧力において行われる、請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- 前記反応が、1つ以上の触媒および/または開始剤の存在下において行われる、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記開始剤が、塩化炭素、塩素、ヘキサクロロエタン、ベンゾトリクロリド、ヘキサクロロアセトンまたはこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項7に記載のプロセス。
- 前記メタン、クロロメタン、フルオロメタンまたはクロロフルオロメタンおよび前記クロロエチレンまたはクロロフルオロエチレンが、1.0以上のCH(4−a)Xa/CHCl=CHXの比で提供される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 反応器内の温度を低下させるために該反応器においてさらに希釈剤が使用され、該希釈剤は、不活性な希釈剤、CH(4−a)Xa、HClまたはこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項9に記載のプロセス。
- 前記塩素化および/またはフッ素化プロペンが、cis/trans1,3−ジクロロプロペンを含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ジクロロエチレンまたはクロロフルオロエチレンが、cis/trans1,2−ジクロロエチレンを含み、前記メタン、クロロメタン、フルオロメタンまたはクロロフルオロメタンが、塩化メチルを含む、請求項11に記載のプロセス。
- 前記塩化メチルおよび/または1,2−ジクロロエチレンが、前記プロセスにおいて使用するために生成される、請求項12に記載のプロセス。
- 前記圧力が、15psiaより高く、前記プロセスが、触媒/開始剤の存在下において行われ、CH(4−a)Xa/CHCl=CHXのモル比が、1.0より大きい、請求項4に記載のプロセス。
- 前記CHCl=CHXおよび/またはCH(4−a)Xaが、前記プロセス内で再利用される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- CH(4−a)XaとCHCl=CHXの間の沸点を有する副産物が、CH(4−a)XaおよびCHCl=CHXを再利用する前のパージングまたは蒸留によって、前記プロセスから除去される、請求項15に記載のプロセス。
- 塩素化プロペンを生成するための1工程プロセスであって、i)式CHCl=CHClを有するジクロロエチレン;とii)aが0〜3である式CH(4−a)Claを有するメタンまたはクロロメタンとを反応させることにより、少なくとも1種の塩素化プロペンを提供する工程を包含する、1工程プロセス。
- 前記塩素化プロペンが、aが0〜3である式CHCl=CH−CH(3−a)Claを有する、請求項17に記載のプロセス。
- 前記プロセスが、600℃未満の温度において行われる、請求項17に記載のプロセス。
- 前記プロセスが、200psigより高い圧力において行われる、請求項17に記載のプロセス。
- 前記反応が、1つ以上の触媒および/または開始剤の存在下において行われる、請求項17に記載のプロセス。
- 1,3−ジクロロプロペンを生成するための1工程プロセスであって、1,2−ジクロロエチレンと塩化メチルとを、少なくとも1:1の比、600℃未満の温度、かつ雰囲気圧またはそれ以上において反応させることにより、1,3−ジクロロプロペンの混合物が提供される工程を包含する、1工程プロセス。
