Claims (15)
- 射出成型装置のための溶融圧力調整機構であって、前記射出成型装置が、溶融プラスチックを金型への注入前に加圧するための溶融ホルダであって、前記溶融プラスチックが溶融圧力を有する、溶融ホルダと、前記溶融ホルダから前記金型に前記溶融プラスチックを前進させるための射出要素と、を有し、前記溶融圧力調整機構が、
前記溶融ホルダと前記金型との間に配設される圧力調整デバイスを備え、前記圧力調整デバイスが金型キャビティ内で実質的に一定の溶融圧力を維持し、前記圧力調整デバイスが流体圧力調整バルブ及び圧力逃がしバルブのうちの1つを備える、溶融圧力調整機構。 - 前記圧力調整デバイスが流体圧力調整バルブであり、前記流体圧力調整バルブが、
開口を有する溶融プラスチック通路によって接続される、溶融プラスチック入口及び溶融プラスチック出口を有する、バルブ本体と、
前記開口内に配設され、バルブステムに接続される、バルブ栓と、
前記開口内に配設される、バルブシートと、
前記バルブステムに接続される、アクチュエータと、を備え、前記アクチュエータが、前記開口を通るプラスチック流動を制御するために、前記バルブステム及びバルブ栓を、前記バルブシートに向けて、又は前記バルブシートから離れて移動させ、
前記アクチュエータが、前記開口を通って移動する流体の量を制御するように前記バルブステムを移動させて、前記開口の下流の前記溶融プラスチックの前記溶融圧力が、実質的に一定の圧力で維持されるようにする、請求項1に記載の制御機構。 - 前記流体圧力調整バルブが、前記溶融ホルダのノズル内に配設される、請求項2に記載の圧力制御機構。
- 前記溶融プラスチック通路が、前記溶融プラスチック入口と前記溶融プラスチック出口との間で、実質的に真っ直ぐである、請求項2に記載の圧力制御機構。
- 前記圧力調整デバイスが、圧力逃がしバルブである、請求項1に記載の圧力制御機構。
- 前記圧力軽減バルブの溶融ホルダ側の前記溶融圧力が、前記圧力逃がしバルブの前記設定点を超えていて、前記金型内の圧力が、前記圧力逃がしバルブの設定点で実質的に一定に保持されるようになっている、請求項5に記載の圧力制御機構。
- 溶融プラスチックの一部分が、前記圧力逃がしバルブ中の圧力逃がし出口から外へ転換させられる、請求項6に記載の圧力制御機構。
- 前記圧力逃がしバルブの前記溶融ホルダ側の前記溶融圧力が、前記圧力逃がしバルブの前記金型側の前記溶融圧力よりも0.14MPa(20psi)大きい、請求項7に記載の圧力制御機構。
- 直列に配向された流体圧力調整バルブ及び圧力逃がしバルブの両方を備える、請求項1に記載の圧力制御機構。
- 前記圧力調整デバイスが、金型ゲートに隣接して位置する、請求項1に記載の圧力制御機構。
- 前記圧力調整デバイスを出る溶融プラスチックが、2つ以上の金型ゲートに転換させられる、請求項10に記載の圧力制御機構。

- 射出成型装置のための溶融圧力制御機構であって、前記射出成型装置が、溶融プラスチックを金型への注入前に加圧するための溶融ホルダであって、前記溶融プラスチックが溶融圧力を有する、溶融ホルダと、前記溶融ホルダから前記金型に前記溶融プラスチックを前進させるための射出要素と、を有し、前記溶融圧力制御機構が、
前記溶融ホルダ内の射出要素の下流に位置する、圧力逃がしバルブを備える、溶融圧力制御機構。 - 前記圧力逃がしバルブが、約41.4MPa(6000psi)の最大圧力に設定される、請求項13に記載の圧力制御機構。
- 溶融プラスチックの前記転換させられた部分が、帰路を通って前記射出成型装置の前記溶融ホルダに戻される、請求項13に記載の圧力制御機構。
