Abstract
MÁQUINAS DE MOLDAGEM POR INJEÇÃO E MÉTODOS PARA REALIZAR ALTERAÇÕES NAS PROPRIEDADES DO MATERIAL DURANTE OPERAÇÕES DE MOLDAGEM POR INJEÇÃO. A presente invenção refere-se a um método e uma máquina responsáveis pelas mudanças nas propriedades de material do material plástico fundido durante uma operação de injeção. Uma mudança em um sinal de controle é calculada por um controlador durante a operação de moldagem por injeção. Se a mudança no sinal de controle indica uma mudança na fluidez do material, o controlador altera uma pressão de injeção alvo para garantir que o material plástico fundido preencha completamente e encha uma cavidade do molde para evitar falhas na peça, como cargas curtas ou expansão.
