【解決手段】射出成形条件生成システム1は、第1樹脂材料の第1材料特性値を取得すると、成形品の品質に関する品質パラメータの目標値と第1材料特性値と所定の関係式とに基づいて、第1樹脂材料を用いた射出成形の射出成形条件を生成し(417)、所定の関係式は、樹脂材料の材料特性値と、射出成形機へ入力する複数の射出成形条件と、材料特性値および各射出成形条件に基づいて射出成形機で成形される成形品の品質に関する品質パラメータとの関係を示す式であり(416)、樹脂材料の材料特性値と射出成形条件と品質パラメータとが紐付けられて蓄積されたデータを基にして生成される。

Claims (11)
- 計算機を用いて射出成形条件を生成する射出成形条件生成システムであって、
前記計算機はプロセッサと前記プロセッサにより使用されるメモリを含み、
前記プロセッサは、第1樹脂材料の第1材料特性値を取得すると、成形品の品質に関する品質パラメータの目標値と前記第1材料特性値と前記所定の関係式とに基づいて、前記第1樹脂材料を用いた射出成形の射出成形条件を生成し、
前記所定の関係式は、樹脂材料の材料特性値と、射出成形機へ入力する複数の射出成形条件と、前記材料特性値および前記各射出成形条件に基づいて前記射出成形機で成形される成形品の品質に関する品質パラメータとの関係を示す式であり、樹脂材料の材料特性値と射出成形条件と品質パラメータとが紐付けられて前記メモリに蓄積されたデータを基にして生成される
射出成形条件生成システム。 - 請求項1記載の射出成形条件生成システムであって、
前記所定の関係式の生成に使用される前記材料特性値は、樹脂材料の所定の単位毎に、各所定の単位間で共通の基準射出成形条件により成形した際の、金型内センサの測定値の特徴量に基づいて生成される
射出成形条件生成システム。 - 請求項2記載の射出成形条件生成システムであって、
前記所定の単位は、材料サプライヤから供給されるリサイクル材の納品単位である
射出成形条件生成システム。 - 請求項2記載の射出成形条件生成システムであって、
前記所定の単位は、同一種類のバージン材が複数の異なる材料サプライヤから供給される場合の、材料サプライヤ単位である
射出成形条件生成システム。 - 請求項2~請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の射出成形条件生成システムであって、
前記所定の関係式は、
試行用樹脂材料に対して射出成形条件を変えながら試し成形した際の成形品の品質に関する品質パラメータを出力パラメータとし、前記射出成形条件と前記試行用樹脂材料の材料特性値とを入力パラメータとする回帰式であって、機械学習モデルを用いて生成される
射出成形条件生成システム。 - 請求項5記載の射出成形条件生成システムであって、
前記所定の関係式における前記射出成形条件には、
型締め圧、射出速度、射出成形機のノズル部の温度、保圧圧力、速度―圧力制御切替位置、金型温度のうち少なくともいずれか一つが含まれる
射出成形条件生成システム。 - 請求項5または請求項6のいずれかに記載の射出成形条件生成システムであって、
前記所定の関係式における前記品質パラメータには、
前記所定の単位における、成形品の重量の平均値、成形品の寸法の平均値、成形品の反り量の平均値、成形品の不良率のうち少なくともいずれか一つが含まれる
射出成形条件生成システム。 - 請求項5~請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の射出成形条件生成システムであって、
前記特徴量には、温度、速度、圧力のうち少なくともいずれか一つが含まれる
射出成形条件生成システム。 - 請求項5~請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の射出成形条件生成システムであって、
前記特徴量には、樹脂材料の流動性が含まれており、
前記樹脂材料の流動性は、前記金型内センサの測定値のピーク値、射出開始からピークまでの前記測定値の積分値、射出開始から型開きまでの前記測定値の積分値、前記測定値の最大微分値のうちの少なくともいずれか一つに基づいて計算される
射出成形条件生成システム。 - 請求項7~請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の射出成形条件生成システムであって、
前記特徴量の次元数を削減し、削減後の特徴量を前記材料特性値として使用する
射出成形条件生成システム。 - 計算機を用いて射出成形条件を生成する射出成形条件生成方法であって、
前記計算機は、
第1樹脂材料の第1材料特性値を取得し、
成形品の品質に関する品質パラメータの目標値と前記第1材料特性値と前記所定の関係式とに基づいて、前記第1樹脂材料を用いた射出成形の射出成形条件を生成し、
生成された射出成形条件を出力し、
前記所定の関係式は、樹脂材料の材料特性値と、射出成形機へ入力する複数の射出成形条件と、前記材料特性値および前記各射出成形条件に基づいて前記射出成形機で成形される成形品の品質に関する品質パラメータとの関係を示す式であり、樹脂材料の材料特性値と射出成形条件と品質パラメータとが紐付けられて蓄積されたデータを基にして生成される
