Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- シートの形態をした一連の要素を印刷する装置(300)であって、少なくとも1枚の押し箔から来た着色又は金属化フィルムを、静止プラテン(320)と可動プラテン(330)との間で箔押しすることにより、各シート上に被着させることができるプラテンプレス(310)と、前記静止プラテン(320)と一体の箔押しツールを所与の温度に至らせて箔押し作業が前記プラテンプレス(310)内の高温環境中で行われるようにすることができる加熱体(340)とを含む、印刷装置(300)において、前記加熱体(340)は、前記加熱体が前記静止プラテン(320)と前記静止プラテン(320)と関連した各箔押しツールとの間に配置される作動位置と、前記加熱体が前記プラテンプレス(310)の外側に配置される保守位置との間で変位することができるよう設けられている、印刷装置(300)。
- 前記印刷装置は、前記加熱体(340)を前記作動位置と前記保守位置との間で運搬することができる手段(350)を含む、請求項1記載の印刷装置(300)。
- 前記運搬手段(350)は、前記加熱体(340)を、一方において前記作動位置と前記加熱体(340)が前記プラテンプレス(310)の2つの前記プラテン(320,330)間で、該2つのプラテンから距離を置いたところに配置される中間位置との間で、前記静止プラテン(320)の内側フェース(321)に実質的に垂直な方向に並進させ、他方において、前記中間位置と前記保守位置との間で前記静止プラテン(320)の前記内側フェース(321)に実質的に平行な方向に並進させることができる、請求項2記載の印刷装置(300)。
- 前記静止プラテン(320)と関連した各箔押しツールを支持する役割を果たすフレーム(351)を更に含み、前記フレームは、該フレームが前記作動位置において前記加熱体(340)と向かい合った状態でこれに接触して延びる使用位置と、前記フレームが前記プラテンプレス(310)の外側に配置される取り出し位置との間で並進することができるよう設けられており、運搬手段(350)を形成している前記フレーム(351)は、前記フレーム(351)を前記使用位置と前記取り出し位置との間で変位させているとき、前記加熱体(340)を前記作動位置と前記保守位置との間で運搬することができる、請求項2又は3記載の印刷装置(300)。
- 前記印刷装置は、前記加熱体(340)を前記作動位置に不動化することができる締結手段(360)を含む、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一に記載の印刷装置(300)。
- 前記締結手段(360)は、前記内側フェース(321)と実質的に対向して位置する前記静止プラテン(320)の一部分から前記加熱体(340)を引くことによって、前記加熱体(340)を前記静止プラテン(320)の前記内側フェース(321)に押し付けることができる、請求項5記載の印刷装置(300)。
- 前記内側フェース(321)と反対側に位置する前記静止プラテン(320)のフェース、即ち、いわゆる外側フェース(322)から前記締結手段(360)に接近することができる、請求項5又は6記載の印刷装置(300)。
- 前記締結手段(360)は、前記内側フェース(321)に実質的に垂直な方向に前記静止プラテン(320)を貫通して形成された位置決め穴(323)内に配置される少なくとも1本のタイロッド(361)を含み、前記タイロッドは、前記内側フェース(321)と実質的に反対側に位置する前記静止プラテン(320)の一部分に当接する当接部(362)の形態をした頭部と、前記加熱体(340)中に形成された雌ねじ(341)にねじ込まれるねじ山付き端部(363)とを有する、請求項5〜7のうちいずれか一に記載の印刷装置(300)。
- 各位置決め穴(323)は、該位置決め穴と関連した前記タイロッド(361)の断面よりも実質的に大きい断面を有する、請求項8記載の印刷装置(300)。
- 各タイロッド(361)は、前記頭部(362)と、前記タイロッド(361)のための支承面として役立つ前記静止プラテン(320)の部分と、の間に軸方向に挿入される弾性変形可能な要素(364)を有する、請求項8又は9記載の印刷装置(300)。
- 各弾性変形可能な要素(364)は、頭と尾を突き合わせた状態で位置決めされた円錐形ワッシャ(365)のスタックから成る、請求項10記載の印刷装置(300)。
- 前記加熱体(340)は、少なくとも1つの接続箱(348)に電気的に接続された複数個の加熱本体(346)を含み、各接続箱(348)は、前記加熱体(340)に一体的に連結されている、請求項1〜11のうちいずれか一に記載の印刷装置(300)。
- 前記印刷装置は、各接続箱(348)を前記プラテンプレス(310)に一体に連結することができる締結手段を含む、請求項12記載の印刷装置(300)。
- シートの形態をした一連の要素を加工する機械(1)において、前記機械(1)は、請求項1〜13のうちいずれか一に記載の印刷装置(300)を少なくとも1つ含む、機械(1)。
