Description
部分結晶性樹脂を溶融した溶融樹脂をT形ダイで圧出して前駆体フィルムを成形するステップと、
前記前駆体フィルムに相対的に低温の冷却気体を接触させて前駆体フィルムを冷却する冷却ステップと、を含むことにその特徴がある。
部分結晶性樹脂を溶融した溶融体をT形ダイ30を通過させながら圧出成形して前駆体フィルムを成形する。
前記前駆体フィルムを冷却手段40の冷却気体通路43を通過させながら冷却気と接触させてフィルムを冷却する。
前記冷却気体と接触して冷却されたフィルムは、一連の延伸工程を経て微細な気孔が均一に形成されるようになる。
Claims (10)
- 微細多孔質フィルムを製造する方法において、部分結晶性樹脂の溶融体をT形ダイを介して圧出成形して前駆体フィルムを成形するステップと、前記部分結晶性樹脂の融点より低い低温の冷却気体を前駆体フィルムに接触させて前駆体フィルムを冷却する冷却ステップと、前記冷却されたフィルムに前記部分結晶性樹脂の融点より低い温度で一軸方向又は二軸方向に延伸してフィルムに微細気孔を形成する延伸ステップと、を含むことを特徴とする微細多孔質フィルム製造方法。
- 前記前駆体フィルム冷却ステップは、前記前駆体フィルムの前面及び背面のうち少なくともいずれか一面で前記前駆体フィルムの圧出方向に沿って流動する冷却気体の流れを提供し、冷却気体と前駆体フィルムの接触によって前駆体フィルムを冷却することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の微細多孔質フィルム製造方法。
- 前駆冷却気体は空気、窒素ガス、ヘリウムガスのうちから選択されたいずれか一つであり、0乃至80℃の範囲で維持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の微細多孔質フィルム製造方法。
- 前記冷却気体は空気であり、20乃至40℃の範囲を維持することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の微細多孔質フィルム製造方法。
- 前記部分結晶性樹脂は、ポリオレフィン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリアセタール、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリ(4−メチル−1−ブテン)で形成される郡から選択されたいずれか一つ又は一つ以上の混合物又は共重合体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の微細多孔質フィルム製造方法。
- 前記延伸ステップは、前記前駆体フィルムを前記部分結晶性樹脂の融点より低い温度でアニーリングするステップと、アニーリングされた前駆体フィルムを前記部分結晶性樹脂の融点より低い温度下で延伸する低温延伸ステップと、前記低温延伸ステップで延伸されたフィルムを前記低温延伸ステップでの工程温度より相対的に高くて前記フィルムの部分結晶性樹脂の融点よりは低い温度下で延伸する高温延伸ステップと、前記高温延伸ステップで延伸されたフィルムを融点より低い温度下で熱処理して熱固定するステップと、を含む請求項1に記載の微細多孔質フィルム製造方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項6のうちいずれか一項によって製造された微細多孔質フィルムで形成された二次電池分離膜。
- 微細多孔質フィルムの製造装置において、部分結晶性樹脂を溶融した溶融樹脂をノズルの先端に圧出して前駆体フィルムを成形するT形ダイと、前記前駆体フィルムの前面及び背面のうち少なくともいずれか一面で前駆体フィルムの圧出方向に沿って流動する冷却気体の流れを提供し、その冷却気体で前駆体フィルムを冷却させる前駆体フィルム冷却手段と、前記T形ダイの圧出方向の下流側に配置され、圧出される前駆体フィルムが所定のドラフト比で引張されるように案内する一つ以上の案内ローラーと、前記冷却手段で冷却して得られたフィルムを前記部分結晶性樹脂の融点より低い温度で一軸方向又は二軸方向に延伸してフィルムに微細気孔を形成するフィルム延伸手段と、を含むことを特徴とする微細多孔質フィルム製造装置。
- 前記前駆体フィルム冷却手段は、前記前駆体フィルムの圧出方向に沿って流動する前記冷却気体の流れを提供する冷却気体通路と、前記冷却気体を前記冷却気体通路の内部に流入させるためにT形ダイのノズルの先端から一定の距離を置いて形成された流入口を具備することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の微細多孔質フィルム製造装置。
- 前記冷却気体は空気であり、前記冷却気体通路の内部に流入される冷却気体の不純物をろ過し冷却気体の温度を調節する空調機を更に具備することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の微細多孔質フィルム製造装置。
