Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は真空移送システムに適用され、圧縮空気の供給及び遮断を制御するためのエアコントロールバルブに関するものである。特に、本発明のコントロールバルブは、二段のコントロールを遂行するように構成される。前記二段コントロールはそれぞれ供給された圧縮空気によってスライドするピストン駆動方式であるが、第1コントロール部は電子制御方式である一方、第2コントロール部は空圧制御方式が適用される。特に、前記第2コントロール部は真空移送システムに到達した真空圧によって動作する。本発明のコントロールバルブによれば、動作安全性を確保することができ、またエネルギー効率及び動作精密性を向上させることができる効果がある。

一側の入口及び他側の出口を連結するように圧縮空気通路が形成された円筒形ハウジング、前記通路の中間部の内壁に装着され、左右通路の間にパスを提供するストッパー、及び前記ハウジングの外面に付着される電磁バルブを含む本体と;
前記入口とストッパーの間を移動しながら前記パスを開閉する中空型第1ピストン、及び前記通路の入口側から電磁バルブを経た後、第1ピストンの外面上の左側及び右側に延びる第1流路を含む第1コントロール部と;
前記ストッパーと出口の間を移動しながら前記出口を開閉する中空型第2ピストン、及び前記通路の出口側から外部空圧バルブを経た後、第2ピストンの外面上の左側に延びる第2流路を含む第2コントロール部と;を含んでなる。

Claims (8)
- 一側の入口及び他側の出口を連結するように圧縮空気通路が形成された円筒形ハウジング、前記通路の中間部の内壁に装着され、左右通路の間にパスを提供するストッパー、及び前記ハウジングの外面に付着される電磁バルブを含む本体と;
前記入口とストッパーの間を移動しながら前記パスを開閉する中空型第1ピストン、及び前記通路の入口側から電磁バルブを経た後、第1ピストンの外面上の左側及び右側に延びる第1流路を含む第1コントロール部と;
前記ストッパーと出口の間を移動しながら前記出口を開閉する中空型第2ピストン、及び前記通路の出口側から外部空圧バルブを経た後、第2ピストンの外面上の左側に延びる第2流路を含む第2コントロール部と;を含むことを特徴とする、二段エアコントロールバルブ。 - 前記ハウジングは、一側の入口を含む第1ボディーと他側の出口を含む第2ボディーとが対向結合してなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二段エアコントロールバルブ。
- 前記ストッパーは、前記第1ボディーに挿入される第1ストッパーと前記第2ボディーに挿入される第2ストッパーとが対向結合してなることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の二段エアコントロールバルブ。
- 前記パスは前記ストッパーの縁部に設けられ、前記第1ピストンが移動して端部が前記ストッパーに接触すれば前記パスがシーリングされるように構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二段エアコントロールバルブ。
- 前記第2ピストンは一側が塞がっており、閉鎖端部の側面には前記出口側支持段部を経てから出口と連通する通孔が形成され、前記第2ピストンが移動して閉鎖端部が出口側に接触すれば前記出口がシーリングされるように構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二段エアコントロールバルブ。
- 前記第2流路は前記通孔と連通する通路の出口側でハウジング壁を通り空圧バルブを経た後、第2ピストンの外面上の左側に延びることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の二段エアコントロールバルブ。
- 前記空圧バルブは真空圧によって開閉することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二段エアコントロールバルブ。
- 前記空圧バルブはケーシングの内部に弾支され、真空圧によって上下遊動するダイアフラム、一端が前記ダイアフラムに結合され、他端が下方に延びるステム、及び前記ステムの上下移動によって開閉する第2流路用エア通路を持つ部材を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の二段エアコントロールバルブ。
