Abstract
válvula de controle de ar de dois estágios a presente invenção aplica-se a um sistema de transferência a vácuo e refere-se a uma válvula de controle de ar para controle do fornecimento de ar comprimido em um sistema de transferência a vácuo. mais especificamente, a válvula de controle de ar da presente invenção é configurada para executar um controle de dois estágios. o controle de dois estágios é executado por um método de acionamento por pistão, no qual, embora o controle seja realizado pelo ar comprimido fornecido ao mesmo, uma unidade de controle secundário é operada por um método de controle pneumático. em particular, a unidade de controle secundário é acionada por pressão a vácuo fornecida a partir do sistema de transferência a vácuo. a válvula de controle de ar desta invenção pode realizar melhorias na estabilidade operacional, na eficiência energética e na precisão operacional.
