Claims (10)
- 内燃機関用の排ガス再循環モジュールであって、排ガスクーラ(16)と、該排ガスクーラ(16)の上流側に配置された排ガス再循環弁(26)と、該排ガス再循環弁(26)の上流側に配置された排ガス通路(20)とを備える排ガス再循環モジュールにおいて、該排ガス再循環モジュールがアウタハウジング(2)を有し、該アウタハウジング(2)内に前記排ガス通路(20)が形成されていて、かつ前記排ガスクーラ(16)のインナハウジング(4)が配置されており、該インナハウジング(4)と前記排ガス通路(20)との間に、冷却媒体通路(14)が配置されていることを特徴とする、内燃機関用の排ガス再循環モジュール。
- 前記冷却媒体通路が冷却媒体ジャケット(14)として形成されており、該冷却媒体ジャケット(14)は、前記排ガスクーラ(16)の横断面を取り囲んでおり、前記冷却媒体通路(14)は片側で前記排ガス通路(20)から隔壁(30)を介して分離されている、請求項1記載の内燃機関用の排ガス再循環モジュール。
- 前記隔壁(30)から複数のリブ(32)が前記排ガス通路(20)内に突入するように延びている、請求項2記載の内燃機関用の排ガス再循環モジュール。
- 前記リブ(32)は、前記隔壁(30)に向かい合って位置する壁(34)に結合されている、請求項3記載の内燃機関用の排ガス再循環モジュール。
- 前記リブ(32)は、排ガスの流れ方向で中断されて形成されている、請求項3または4記載の内燃機関用の排ガス再循環モジュール。
- 前記排ガス再循環弁(26)が、前記アウタハウジング(2)内に配置されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の内燃機関用の排ガス再循環モジュール。
- 前記アウタハウジング(2)内に、前記排ガス再循環弁(26)を取り囲む冷却媒体通路区分(56)が形成されており、該冷却媒体通路区分(56)は前記排ガスクーラ(16)の前記冷却媒体通路(14)に流体接続されている、請求項6記載の内燃機関用の排ガス再循環モジュール。
- 前記アウタハウジング(2)が一体に形成されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の内燃機関用の排ガス再循環モジュール。
- 前記アウタハウジング(2)が、砂型鋳造部品である、請求項6から8までのいずれか1項記載の内燃機関用の排ガス再循環モジュール。
- 前記インナハウジング(4)が、2つのダイカスト部品から成っている、請求項9記載の内燃機関用の排ガス再循環モジュール。
