Description
Claims (9)
- エンジンの冷却システムに接続される冷却装置が排気(EG)/冷媒熱交換器として排気再循環(EGR)経路内に設けられ、EGRバルブ(6)が該排気再循環の割合を調和させるために該装置と結合される、排気管からエンジンの外気経路内への排気再循環(EGR)装置であって、
該冷却装置は、排気予冷却器(3)とその予冷却器に接続される排気主冷却器(5)を備えてなり、
該EGRバルブ(6)は、該排気予冷却器と該排気主冷却器との間に配置されるバルブハウジング(4)内に設置され、
該バルブハウジング(4)は、該EGRバルブ(6)の外部冷却のために独立した冷却路(8c)に接続され、さらに
更なる冷却路(8d)が、該EGRバルブ(6)の内部の電気構成要素を冷却するために備えられる、
装置。 - 前記排気予冷却器(3)と前記バルブハウジング(4)が一部品型の構成部材として形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記排気予冷却器(3)および/または前記排気主冷却器(5)が、それぞれ複数部品型のハウジング部材(3a,3b;5a,5b)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記バルブハウジング(4)に接続する前記排気予冷却器(3)および/または前記排気主冷却器(5)のハウジング部材(3b;5a)が、各場合において、該バルブハウジング(4)と一部品として形成されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の装置。
- 排気管束(14,15)の形式の熱交換器インサートが、各場合において、前記ハウジング部材(3a,3b;5a,5b)に内蔵されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の装置。
- 冷媒接続(18)が前記バルブハウジング(4)への冷媒供給を形成し、前記排気予冷却器(3)が前記バルブハウジング(4)に接続されるとともに前記排気主冷却器(5)への冷媒排出(11)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記バルブハウジング(4)が、前記エンジンの冷却システムおよび/または前記エンジン側の別の熱交換器への冷媒排出(19)を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記排気予冷却器(3)が、冷媒を誘導し、排ガスを冷却するための独立した冷却管を有し、その管が該排気予冷却器(3)の長手方向に延在することを特徴とする請求項7記載の装置。
- 冷媒接続(10)が前記排気予冷却器(3)への冷媒供給を形成し、その接続の冷媒排出(11)が前記排気主冷却器(5)と直接結合され、引き続き、その接続の冷媒排出(13)が前記エンジンの冷却システムと結合されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
