Claims (15)
- エンジンの冷却システムに接続された排気(EG)−冷媒熱交換器としての冷却装置がEGR経路内に設けられ、前記熱交換器に対して排気再循環率を設定するための冷媒に接続されたEGRバルブ(6)が設けられる、特にディーゼルエンジンにおける排気管からエンジンの外気経路内への排気再循環(EGR)装置であって、
前記冷却装置が排気予冷却器(3)とその予冷却器に接続された排気主冷却器(5)を備えてなり、
前記EGRバルブ(6)が前記排気予冷却器と排気主冷却器の間に配置されたバルブハウジング(4)内に設置され、また前記バルブハウジング(4)が前記EGRバルブ(6)の外部冷却のために独立した冷却路(8c)に接続されることを特徴とする装置。 - EGRバルブ(6)内部の電気構成要素を冷却するための別の冷却路(8d)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 排気予冷却器(3)とバルブハウジング(4)が一部品型の構成部材として形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 排気予冷却器(3)および/または排気主冷却器(5)がいずれも複数部品型のハウジング部材(3a,3b;5a,5c)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 予冷却器(3)および/または主冷却器(5)のいずれもバルブハウジング(4)に接続するハウジング部材(3b;5b)がバルブハウジング(4)と一体的に形成されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の装置。
- ハウジング部材(3a,3b;5a,5b)内にいずれも排気管束(14,15)の形式の熱交換器インサートが内蔵されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の装置。
- 冷媒接続(18)がバルブハウジング(4)への冷媒供給を形成し、排気予冷却器(3)がバルブハウジング(4)に接続されるとともに排気主冷却器(5)への冷媒排出(11)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- バルブハウジング(4)がエンジン冷却システムへの別の冷媒排出(19)および/または別のエンジン側の熱交換器を備えることを特徴とする請求項7記載の装置。
- 排気ガスを冷却するために排気予冷却器(3)の長手方向に延在する、冷媒を誘導するための独立した冷却管を排気予冷却器(3)が備えることを特徴とする請求項8記載の装置。
- 冷媒接続(10)が排気予冷却器(3)への冷媒供給を形成し、その排気予冷却器の冷媒排出(11)が直接排気主冷却器(5)と結合され、その排気主冷却器の冷媒排出(13)が再びエンジン冷却システムと結合されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 特にディーゼルエンジンエンジンにおける排気再循環(EGR)方法であり、エンジンの排気管から分岐した排気ガス(EG)がEGR経路内でまず排気予冷却器(3)を介し、その後EGRバルブ(6)によって排気再循環率を測定して分配され、さらに排気主冷却器(5)を介するように連続的に搬送され、
冷媒としてエンジンの冷却システムから分流された冷却水がまず排気予冷却器(3)を介してその後排気主冷却器(5)を介するように連続的に誘導され、
分流した冷却水の少なくとも一部分がEGRバルブ(6)を収容するバルブハウジング(4)および/またはEGRバルブ(6)の内部を介して誘導される、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 分流した冷却水の一部がEGR経路の外部に存在するエンジン側の熱交換器に分流されることを特徴とする請求項11記載の方法。
- エンジンの排気マニホルド(1)から排気ガスが分流され排気予冷却器内(3)で約250ないし300℃冷却されることを特徴とする請求項11記載の方法。
- 排気ガスがEGR経路内で100℃未満の出力温度に冷却されることを特徴とする請求項13記載の方法。
- エンジンの冷却システムから分流される冷却水が圧力側で冷却水ポンプの後方で取り出されることを特徴とする請求項11記載の方法。
