Description

Claims (10)
- 湿度依存性透過性フィルム(60);及び
湿度依存性透過性フィルム(60)の少なくとも1つの表面上の、ポリ塩化ビニリデン(PVdC)ポリマー中に分散しているナノクレイ、延伸性ウレタンポリマー、延伸性アクリルポリマー、又は延伸性ウレタンポリマーと延伸性アクリルポリマーとの組み合わせから選択される被覆材料(65)を含む外側被覆;
を含むヒートシール可能な食品包装フィルム(55)。 - 湿度依存性透過性フィルム(60)が、ナイロンフィルム、ポリ乳酸フィルム、又は再構成セルロースフィルムを含む、請求項1に記載のヒートシール可能な食品包装フィルム(55)。
- 被覆材料(65)のナノクレイ含量がPVdCポリマーの約0.2重量%〜約5重量%の量である、請求項1に記載のヒートシール可能な食品包装フィルム(55)。
- 約15重量%〜約50重量%の固形分含量を有するエマルジョンを用いて被覆材料(65)が湿度依存性透過性フィルム(60)に施されている、請求項1に記載のヒートシール可能な食品包装フィルム(55)。
- 被覆材料(65)がエマルジョンの固形分含量の約0.25重量%〜約5.0重量%の量の抗ブロッキング剤を更に含む、請求項4に記載のヒートシール可能な食品包装フィルム(55)。
- 被覆材料(65)がエマルジョンの固形分含量の約0.5重量%〜約2.0重量%の量の曇り防止組成物を更に含む、請求項5に記載のヒートシール可能な食品包装フィルム(55)。
- 湿度依存性透過性フィルム(60)を与え;
湿度依存性透過性フィルム(60)の少なくとも1つの表面を、ポリ塩化ビニリデン(PVdC)ポリマー中に分散しているナノクレイ、延伸性ウレタンポリマー、延伸性アクリルポリマー、又は延伸性ウレタンポリマーと延伸性アクリルポリマーとの組み合わせから選択される被覆材料(65)で被覆して被覆フィルムを与え;そして
