前記電極を前記界面と電気的に連結する導電性媒体と、を備え、
前記エネルギー源は、前記電極から、前記導電性媒体、前記界面、および前記外皮表面を通して、前記患者内の標的領域の神経に1つ以上の電気インパルスを送達するように構成される、
