Abstract
Description
a)少なくとも第1及び第2の出発溶液(遊離体溶液)を容易する工程、
b)少なくとも第1及び第2の出発溶液を反応器に導入し、そして均一に混合された反応領域を形成し、及び非溶解性の生成物と、過剰にアルカリを設定することによって過飽和した、pH値が10〜12の母液との生成物懸濁物を形成する工程(ここで、この反応領域は、少なくとも2watts/literの、特定の機械的出力インプットを有する)、
c)母液を沈殿した生成物から部分的に除去し、浄化、又はろ過要素によって、懸濁物中、少なくとも150g/lの固体含有量を設定する工程。

cは、0.02〜0.5の範囲、好ましくは0.05〜0.35の範囲の数であり、
ここでa+b+c=1.0であり、
0≦w≦0.3、好ましくは0.001<w<0.01であり、
0≦x<1、好ましくは0.3<x<1であり、
1<y≦2、好ましくは1<y<1.7であり、
0≦t≦0.3である)
に相当する。
本発明の一実施の形態では、攪拌容器に、別個の容器が設置され、例えばこれは、ポンプ循環系によって攪拌容器と結合されている。本発明の他の実施の形態では、攪拌容器は2つ又は複数の分離した容器(これらは1つ以上のポンプ循環系で攪拌容器と結合されている)で構成されている。
NiaMnbMcOx(OH)yXw(CO3)t (I)

ここでa+b+c=1.0であり、
0≦w≦0.3、好ましくは0.001≦w≦0.01であり、
0≦x<1、好ましくは0.3<x<1であり、
1<y≦2、好ましくは1<y<1.7であり、
0≦t≦0.3である)

60〜98質量%(重量%)、好ましくは70〜96質量%の遷移金青く混合酸化物、
1〜20質量%、好ましくは2〜15質量%のバインダー、
1〜25質量%、好ましくは2〜20質量%の導電性炭素含有材料。
Yが酸素又は硫黄から選ばれる場合、t=1、
Yが窒素及び燐から選ばれる場合、t=2、
Yが炭素及びシリコンから選ばれる時、t=3。
溶液A:1kgの溶液当たり0.55モルのニッケルサルフェート、コバルトサルフェート、及びマンガンサルフェート(これはサルフェートとしてのもので、対応する水化物錯体を水に溶解することによって製造される)。
40Nl/hの窒素(標準リットル)で反応器システムをパージした。そして、計量導入ポンプを使用して、溶液A及びBを一定の計量流(30g/h及び200g/h)で、(反応器システムの攪拌タンクの攪拌ブレード近傍の)乱流領域内に計量導入した。調整装置を使用して、溶液Cを加えることによって、pH値を11.3で一定に維持した。これにより懸濁物が形成された。懸濁物の温度を45℃に設定した。溶液Cを加えることによってpH−値を11.3に設定した(23℃で測定)。懸濁物の反応器システム内における平均滞留時間は、15秒間であった。3日後、定常状態に達した。
アセンブリ及びポンプ循環システムを閉じたこと以外は、手順は1に記載したように行った。
体積が0.015lのより小さなアセンブリを選んだこと以外は、手順は1に記載したように行った。アセンブリ内の流速は300l/hであった。これにより、僅か8W/53W、すなわち機械的出力(mechanical power)の15%が区分内に、及びより高い出力密度で導入された。
Claims (16)
- 平均粒子径が6〜12μm(D50)の範囲の遷移金属水酸化物を製造する方法であって、
所定の攪拌容器内で、少なくとも1種の遷移金属塩の少なくとも1種の溶液と、少なくとも1種のアルカリ金属水酸化物の少なくとも1種の溶液を一緒にし、及びこれにより遷移金属水酸化物の水性懸濁物を製造し、及び少なくとも1つの別個の区分内で、懸濁物の一部に機械的な出力を、それぞれ懸濁物の一部に対して50〜10000W/lの範囲で連続的に与え、及びその後に前記一部を攪拌容器に戻すことを特徴する方法。 - 遷移金属が、Cr、V、Mn、Ni、Fe、Co、Zn及びこれらの1種以上の相互の混合物又はこれらの1種以上とアルカリ金属、アルミニウム、又はマグネシウムとの混合物から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 全体の懸濁物に対して、合計して2〜25W/lの平均出力が与えられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2の何れかに記載の方法。
- 導入した全体の機械的な出力の少なくとも20%が、50〜10000W/lの出力密度で与えられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 1つ以上の別個の区分が、ポンプ、インサート、混合ユニット、湿式ミル、攪拌タンク、及び均質化器から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 1つ以上の別個の区分が、ポンプ循環を介して攪拌容器と結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 懸濁物の平均固体物質含有量が、70〜1000g/lの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 遷移金属が、Ni、Mn、Co、及び場合によりアルカリ金属、アルミニウム、及びマグネシウムから選ばれる1種以上の更なる金属から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 沈殿した遷移金属水酸化物が母液から分離され、及び粒子径が50μmを超える粒子が分離されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 粒径が30μmを超える遷移金属水酸化物の粒子が分離されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 粒子状態の遷移金属水酸化物であって、
基本的に球状であり、及びCr、V、Mn、Ni、Fe、Co、Znから選ばれる少なくとも1種の遷移金属の少なくとも1種の水酸化物を含み、直径が50μmを超える粒子部分が0.1質量%未満であり、平均直径(D50)が6〜12μmの範囲であり、及びタンプ密度が少なくとも(1.95+0.03・(D50)/μm)kg/lであることを特徴とする遷移金属水酸化物。 - 直径が30μmを超える粒子の部分が、0.1質量%未満であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の遷移金属水酸化物。
- 少なくとも2種の異なる遷移金属をカチオンとして含むことを特徴とする請求項11又は12に記載の遷移金属水酸化物。
- Mn、Ni及びCoを遷移金属カチオンとして有することを特徴とする請求項11〜13の何れか1項に記載の遷移金属水酸化物。
- 粒子内で遷移金属カチオンが、ドメインを形成することなく分散していることを特徴とする請求項11〜14の何れか1項に記載の遷移金属水酸化物。

(但し、記号は以下のように定義される:
