Abstract
Description
前記粘着層の動的貯蔵モジュラスは、105〜107Paであることが好ましい。
本発明の反射シート用粘着フィルムは、プラスチック基材フィルムと、前記基材フィルムの一方の面に粘着剤組成物を塗布して形成された粘着層と、前記基材フィルムの他方の面であり、粘着層が形成される面とは反対面に形成されるアンカーコーティング層と、を備える。
1.粘着フィルムの製造
厚さ50μmのPETフィルム(XU42、(株)東レ尖端素材製)の片面を変性アクリル系樹脂[ポリ(2−エチルヘキシルメタクリレート)、Mw〜123,000、アルドリッチ社製]で前処理して厚さ0.5μmのアンカーコーティング層を形成した後、コーティング装置に通させて熱オーブン150℃においてフィルム走行速度10m/分にて熱処理を施し、前記フィルムの反対面に(メタ)アクリル系共重合体[n−ブチルアクリレート70重量%、メチルアクリレート20重量%、アクリル酸5重量%、2−ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート5重量%を混合し、前記混合物100重量部に対してエチルアセテート100重量部及びアゾビスイソニトリル(AIBN)0.05重量部を投入して得られた共重合体]100重量部を基準としてトルエンジイソシアネート0.5重量部を含むアクリル系粘着剤組成物を25μmでコンマコーティング装置を用いてコーティングした後、熱オーブン温度100℃において乾燥して粘着層を形成し、粘着層の上に軽剥離離型フィルム(RPS−101、(株)東レ尖端素材製)と合紙して反射シート用粘着フィルムを製造した。
前記製造された粘着フィルムの前処理面にマイクログラビアコーティング装置を用いて熱オーブン温度150〜200℃においてフィルム走行速度10m/分でナノシルバーインキ(アドバンスド・ナノ・プロダクツ社製)をコーティングする方法により厚さ0.2μmの反射層を形成して反射シートを製造した。
粘着フィルムの製造に際して、PETフィルムの片面をポリエステル系樹脂[ポリ(ブチレンテレフタレート)−コ−ポリ(アルキレングリコールテレフタレート)、アルドリッチ社製]で前処理してアンカーコーティング層を形成した以外は、実施例1の方法と同様にして反射シートを製造した。
粘着フィルムの製造に際して、PETフィルムの片面をウレタン系樹脂[ポリエチレンアジペート、トリレン2,4−ジイソシアネート末端基、数平均分子量〜2,700,3wt%イソシアネート:アルドリッチ社製]で前処理してアンカーコーティング層を形成した以外は、実施例1の方法と同様にして反射粘着シートを製造した。
粘着フィルムの製造に際して、130℃において熱処理を行った以外は、実施例1の方法と同様にして反射シートを製造した。
粘着フィルムの製造に際して、180℃において熱処理を行った以外は、実施例1の方法と同様にして反射シートを製造した。
粘着フィルムの製造に際して、90℃において熱処理を行った以外は、実施例1の方法と同様にして反射シートを製造した。
粘着フィルムの製造に際して、190℃において熱処理を行った以外は、実施例1の方法と同様にして反射シートを製造した。
粘着フィルムの製造に際して、前処理を施さなかった以外は、実施例1の方法と同様にして反射シートを製造した。
前記実施例及び比較例において製造された粘着フィルムに対して、剥離力の測定、経時安定性の測定、耐転写性の測定、熱変形性の測定、収縮率の測定及び反射コーティングのコーティング性の測定を行い、その結果を下記表1にまとめて示す。
粘着シートの離型フィルムを除去した後、横縦1インチ角のサイズに切断し、非アルカリ性ガラス板に2kgロールで1回往復して貼り付けた後、50℃、0.5MPaにおいて30分間オートクレーブ処理した後、常温下で2時間放置した。次いで、インストロン測定装備を用いて剥離角度180°、速度300mm/分の条件下で前断強度を測定した。
前記粘着シートを貼り付けたガラス板を常温下で6ヶ月間放置し、熟成時間による粘着力の経時変化を目視で測定して、変化が激しい場合に×(不良)、やや激しい場合に△(普通)、ほとんどない場合に○(良好)、ない場合に◎(非常に良好)と表記した。
上記の方法により粘着シートをガラス板に貼り付けた後、ガラス板から粘着フィルムを剥離し、残留している粘着剤の転写の度合いを目視で測定して、激しい場合に×(不良)、僅かに残留している場合に△(普通)、ほとんどない場合に○(良好)、全くない場合に◎(非常に良好)と表記した。
前記粘着シートを貼り付けたガラス板を150℃の空気循環式オーブンに入れ、100時間経過した後に、粘着シートの変形の度合いを目視で観察して、変形が激しくてガラス板から局部的に剥離される場合に×(不良)、局部的に変形が発生するものの、ガラス板から剥離されない場合に△(普通)、変形がほとんどない場合に○(良好)、全くない場合に◎(非常に良好)と表記した。
粘着シートをフィルムの長手方向及び幅方向に200mm×10mmに切断して、空気循環式オーブンに入れ、150℃において30分間または200℃において10分間熱処理した後に、オーブンから取り出して室温において2時間放置した後に、長さの変化を測定した。熱収縮率(%)は、下記の式で定量化した。

前記反射粘着シートのコーティング面を光学顕微鏡で測定してコーティング性の均一度を測定し、変化が激しい場合に×(不良)、やや激しい場合に△(普通)、ほとんどない場合に○(良好)、ない場合に◎(非常に良好)と表記した。
前記反射粘着シートの離型フィルムを除去した後、粘度測定機(ARES:Rheometric Scientific)を用いて動的貯蔵モジュラスを測定した。
前記反射粘着シートの厚さ偏差を、安立フィルム厚さ測定機を用いて、進行速度1,500mm/分で測定した。

- 長手方向及び幅方向の熱収縮率が150℃において−0.1〜0.5%であるプラスチック基材フィルムと、
前記基材フィルムの一方の面に粘着剤組成物を塗布して形成された粘着層と、
前記基材フィルムの他方の面であり、粘着層が形成される面とは反対面に形成されるアンカーコーティング層と、
を備えることを特徴とする反射シート用粘着フィルム。 - 基材フィルムの厚さ偏差が2.0μm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の前記反射シート用粘着フィルム。
- 前記プラスチック基材フィルムの材質が、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリスチレン、ポリ塩化ビニール、ポリ塩化ビフェニル、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリビニールアルコール、ポリカーボネート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリアミド、ポリアセタール、ポリフェニレンエーテル、ポリアミドイミド、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリイミド、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、液晶ポリマー、フッ素樹脂、これらの共重合体及びこれらの混合物よりなる群から選ばれるいずれか一種であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の前記反射シート用粘着フィルム。
- 前記粘着層が、シリコン系及びアクリル系の樹脂よりなる群から選ばれる一種以上の粘着剤が塗布されて形成されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の前記反射シート用粘着フィルム。
- 前記粘着層の動的貯蔵モジュラスが105〜107Paであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の前記反射シート用粘着フィルム。
