Claims (13)
- 金属被着ポリマー膜とポリマーネットの交互層からなる多層絶縁材料からなる内側部分(4)、および
前記内側部分を実質的に包囲するステンレス鋼からなる外側支持メッシュ(5)からなることを特徴とする極低温素子(2)の絶縁体(1)。
- 前記多層絶縁材料が、アルミニウム被着二軸配向ポリエチレンテレフタレートとポリエステルネットの交互層からなる請求項1に記載の絶縁体(1)。
- さらに、前記極低温素子(2)の周囲の所定位置に前記内側部分(4)を保持する接着テープを有する請求項1または2に記載の絶縁体(1)。
- 前記接着テープが、アルミニウム被着二軸配向ポリエチレンテレフタレートテープである請求項3に記載の絶縁体(1)。
- さらに、低伝熱性材料のバンドからなり、前記内側部分(4)を前記極低温素子(2)の表面から離間する複数のスペーサ(3)を有する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の絶縁体(1)。
- 前記スペーサ(3)が、ガラス繊維強化プラスチックである請求項5に記載の絶縁体(1)。
- 前記スペーサ(3)が、炭素繊維強化プラスチックである請求項5に記載の絶縁体(1)。
- さらに、前記支持メッシュ(5)を前記内側部分(4)の周囲に保持する結束用針金を有する請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の絶縁体(1)。
- 前記結束用針金がステンレス鋼からなる請求項8に記載の絶縁体(1)。
- 金属被着ポリマー膜とポリマーネットの交互層からなる多層絶縁材料からなる内側部分(4)で極低温素子(2)を包囲する工程、および
前記内側部分(4)をステンレス鋼からなる支持メッシュ(5)で包着する工程からなる極低温素子(2)を絶縁することを特徴とする方法。
- さらに、前記極低温素子(2)を前記内側部分(4)で包囲する前に、低伝熱性材料のバンドからなるスペーサ(3)を前記極低温素子(2)の上に被着する工程を有する請求項10に記載の方法。
- 接着テープを使用して前記内側部分(4)を所定位置に保持する請求項10または11に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1本の結束用針金を使用して前記支持メッシュ(5)を所定位置に保持する請求項10〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
