Claims (17)
- (i)ポリカーボネート及び第一の添加剤、又は
(ii)ポリブチレンテレフタレート及び第二の添加剤
を含む第一の表面と、
ポリオキシメチレン及び第三の添加剤
を含む第二の表面と
を有するシステム。 - 第一、第二及び第三の添加剤の各々がシリコーンオイルを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- シリコーンオイル及びポリカーボネートそれぞれの相対的重量比が0.001〜0.05である、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 第一の表面が更に第四の添加剤を含む、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 第二の表面が更に第五の添加剤を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 第四及び第五の添加剤の各々がそれぞれエチレンポリマー、フッ化エチレンポリマー、又はそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項4又は5に記載のシステム。
- エチレンポリマー及びポリオキシメチレン、並びにエチレンポリマー及びポリカーボネートそれぞれの相対的重量比が0.01〜0.99である、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- フッ化エチレンポリマー及びポリオキシメチレン、並びにエチレンポリマー及びポリカーボネートそれぞれの相対的重量比が0.01〜0.99である、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 第一の表面が第二の表面に対して静止している、請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 第二の表面が第一の表面に対して静止している、請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 第一の表面と第二の表面の間のいずれかの方向への相対的運動に起因する接触領域での摩擦の摩擦係数が、接触圧力3.0MPa及びスライド速度0.02m/秒で測定した場合に0.06以下である、請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 第二の構成要素と表面接触する第一の構成要素を有するデバイスであって、第一の構成要素が
(i)第一の添加剤を含むポリカーボネート、又は
(ii)第二の添加剤を含むポリブチレンテレフタレート
を含み、第二の構成要素が、第三の添加剤を含むポリオキシメチレンを含む、デバイス。 - 第一の構成要素と第二の構成要素の間のいずれかの方向への相対的運動に起因する接触領域での摩擦の摩擦係数が、接触圧力3MPa及びスライド速度0.02m/秒で測定した場合に約0.06以下である、請求項12に記載のデバイス。
- 医療用デバイスである請求項12に記載のデバイス。
- 薬剤注入デバイスである請求項14に記載のデバイス。
- ポリカーボネート及び第一の添加剤と、随意で第四の添加剤を含むか、又はポリブチレンテレフタート及び第二の添加剤と、随意で第五の添加剤を含む第一の成形材料を形成する工程と、
ポリオキシメチレン及び第三の添加剤を含む第二の成形材料を形成する工程と、
第一及び第二の成形材料を成形する工程と
を含む、デバイスの作製方法。 - (i)第一の構成要素を形成する、ポリカーボネート及び第一の添加剤、又はポリブチレンテレフタレート及び第二の添加剤と、
(ii)第二の構成要素を形成する、ポリオキシメチレン及び第三の添加剤と
を含み、第一の構成要素と第二の構成要素が互い接触する際に低摩擦システムを形成する組成物。
