Abstract
【解決手段】 プラグ1は、ケーブル2が有する電線20の1本ずつに接続される複数個の接触子3と、各接触子3をそれぞれ保持する保持体5と、これらを収納する収納凹部610を有するボディ61と、ボディ61に結合して収納凹部610からの保持体5の脱落を防止するホルダ62とを備える。また、プラグ1は、ホルダ62にケーブル2が挿通され且つホルダ62とボディ61とが互いに結合した状態での二重成型により形成されホルダ62を覆うカバー63を備える。ホルダ62は、ケーブル2に対し全周にわたって密着する寸法形状とされている。製造時、カバー63が形成される際に、ケーブル2とホルダ62との間の隙間からの収納凹部610内への樹脂の流入が防止されるから、上記の樹脂が接触子3に被さることによる接続不良の発生が抑えられる。

Claims (1)
- 複数本の電線が結束されたケーブルの一端に設けられるプラグであって、
導電材料からなり前記電線に一対一に接続される接触子と、
各前記接触子をそれぞれ保持する保持体と、
各前記接触子と前記保持体とを収納する収納凹部を有するボディと、
前記ケーブルが挿通される環形状であって前記ボディに結合して前記収納凹部からの前記保持体の脱落を防止するホルダと、
前記ホルダに前記ケーブルが挿通され且つ前記ホルダと前記ボディとが互いに結合した状態での二重成型により形成され前記ホルダを覆うカバーとを備え、
前記ホルダは、前記ケーブルに対し全周にわたって密着する寸法形状とされていることを特徴とするプラグ。
