Abstract
【解決手段】車両の運転状態に基づいてエンジンを自動停止させる自動停止手段と、前記自動停止手段が前記エンジンの自動停止を実行してから前記エンジンが完全に停止するまでの期間中にスタータを制御して前記エンジンを再始動させる自動始動手段と、前記エンジンのクランク位相または回転数を検知または演算するエンジン回転検知手段と、を備えた車載制御装置において、前記自動始動手段は、前記エンジン回転検知手段の信号が更新される間隔よりも短い間隔で、前記スタータの制御指令を判定する。

Claims (11)
- 車両の運転状態に基づいてエンジンを自動停止させる自動停止手段と、
前記自動停止手段が前記エンジンの自動停止を実行してから前記エンジンが完全に停止するまでの期間中にスタータを制御して前記エンジンを再始動させる自動始動手段と、
前記エンジンのクランク位相または回転数を検知または演算するエンジン回転検知手段と、を備えた車載制御装置において、
前記自動始動手段は、前記エンジン回転検知手段の信号が更新される間隔よりも短い間隔で、前記スタータの制御指令を判定することを特徴とする車載制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車載制御装置において、
前記エンジンの回転数およびクランク位相のうち少なくとも一つに基づき、前記エンジン回転検知手段の信号が更新されない時点での前記エンジンの回転数およびクランク位相のうち少なくとも一つを補完するエンジン回転検知信号補完手段と、
前記回転検知信号補完手段の演算結果に基づき所定時間が経過する迄の前記エンジンの回転数位相変化分を求める回転数位相変化分算出手段と、を備え、
前記自動始動手段は、前記回転数位相変化分に基づき前記スタータを制御することを特徴とする車載制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載の車載制御装置において、
前記エンジン回転検知手段の信号または前記エンジン回転検知信号補完手段の演算結果に基づいて所定時間が経過する迄の前記エンジンの回転数定常変化分を求める回転数定常変化分算出手段と、
前記回転数位相変化分算出手段の演算結果と前記回転数定常変化分算出手段の演算結果とに基づき、所定時間が経過した後の前記エンジンの回転数を予測する将来回転数予測手段と、を備え、
前記自動始動手段は、前記将来回転数予測手段の予測結果に基づき前記スタータを制御することを特徴とする車載制御装置。 - 請求項3に記載の前記クランク角信号補完手段は前記エンジン回転検知手段の信号が更新されない時点でのエンジン回転数とクランク位相両方を補完することを特徴とする車載制御装置。
- 請求項3に記載の車載制御装置において、
前記将来回転数予測手段の予測結果に基づき前記スタータを制御するタイミングを演算し、前記タイミングまでの期間に前記エンジン回転検知手段の信号が更新されているか否かを確認することを特徴とする車載制御装置。 - 請求項3に記載の車載制御装置において、
前記回転検知信号補完手段は、前記将来回転数予測手段の過去の演算結果を用いて前記エンジン回転検知手段の信号を補完することを特徴とする車載制御装置。 - 請求項3に記載の車載制御装置において、
前記回転検知信号補完手段は、前記エンジンの回転数または前記エンジン回転検知手段の信号間隔に基づいて、前記エンジンの回転数およびクランク位相のうち少なくとも一つを補完するか否かを判定することを特徴とする車載制御装置。 - 請求項3に記載の車載制御装置において、
前記将来回転数予測手段は、前記スタータのピニオンギアを前記エンジンのリングギア側へ押し出す遅れ時間が経過した後の前記エンジンの回転数を予測することを特徴とする車載制御装置。 - 請求項3に記載の車載制御装置において、
前記将来回転数予測手段の予測結果に基づき前記スタータを制御するタイミングを複数回演算することを特徴とする車載制御装置。 - 請求項3に記載の車載制御装置において、
前記自動始動手段は、前記エンジンの逆転を検知した結果に基づき、前記スタータを制御することを特徴とする車載制御装置。 - 請求項3に記載の車載制御装置において、
前記将来回転数予測手段は、予め演算された回転数とクランク位相の軸による表を参照し、所定時間が経過した後の前記エンジンの回転数を予測する車載制御装置。
