Abstract
【解決手段】基板と、基板の表面に二列に配置された半導体発光素子により構成される第1発光部12b及び第2発光部12cを含む光源と、第1発光部12bからの光を制御し、前方に照射してロービーム用配光パターンの少なくとも一部を形成する第1光学系と、第2発光部からの光を制御し、前方に照射してハイビーム用配光パターンの少なくとも一部を形成する第2光学系と、第1発光部12bからの光が第2光学系に入射しないように、第1発光部12bと第2発光部12cとの間に配置された遮光部14dと、第1発光部12b及び第2発光部12cの点灯状態を制御することで、ハイビーム用配光パターン又はロービーム用配光パターンに切り換える制御手段を備えた。

Claims (3)
- ロービーム用配光パターン又はハイビーム用配光パターンを形成するように構成された車両用前照灯の灯具ユニットにおいて、
基板と、前記基板の表面に二列に配置された少なくとも一つの半導体発光素子により構成される第1発光部及び少なくとも一つの半導体発光素子により構成される第2発光部と、を含む光源と、
前記第1発光部からの光を制御し、前方に照射してロービーム用配光パターンの少なくとも一部を形成する第1光学系と、
前記第2発光部からの光を制御し、前方に照射してハイビーム用配光パターンの少なくとも一部を形成する第2光学系と、
前記第1発光部からの光が前記第2光学系に入射しないように、前記第1発光部と前記第2発光部との間に配置された遮光部と、
前記第1発光部及び前記第2発光部の点灯状態を制御することで、ロービーム用配光パターン又はハイビーム用配光パターンに切り換える制御手段を備えたことを特徴とする車両用前照灯の灯具ユニット。 - 前記第1発光部及び前記第2発光部は略鉛直下方に向けられており、
前記第1発光部は車両後方側に配置され、前記第2発光部は車両前方側に配置されており、
前記第1光学系は、前記第1発光部から下方に放出されて、前記遮光部で遮光されない光が入射するように、前記光源の下方に配置された下反射面を含んでおり、
前記下反射面は、前記第1発光部からの光を反射し、前方に照射して前記ロービーム用配光パターンの少なくとも一部を形成するように構成されており、
前記第2光学系は、前記光源の前方、かつ、前記下反射面に入射する前記第1発光部からの光を遮らない位置に配置され、前記第2発光部からの光を上方に向けて反射するサブ反射面と、前記サブ反射面からの反射光が入射するように、前記光源の上方に配置された上反射面と、を含んでおり、
前記上反射面は、前記サブ反射面で反射された前記第2発光部からの光を反射し、前方に照射してハイビーム用配光パターン中の集光領域を形成するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用前照灯の灯具ユニット。 - 前記光源が取り付けられる取付部と、
前記光源を前記取付部との間に保持するホルダと、
を備えており、
前記遮光部は、前記ホルダに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車両用前照灯の灯具ユニット。
