Abstract
【解決手段】上記した目的を解決するために、本発明における課題解決手段は、 環状であって、軸方向へ突出する円環状の外周シート部12と、外周シート部12の内側に設けられて軸方向へ突出する内周シート部13と、外周シート部12と内周シート部13との間に形成される環状窓14と、環状窓14に通じるポート15とを備えたバルブディスク1と、バルブディスク1に積層されて外周シート部12に離着座する環状のリーフバルブ2と、リーフバルブ2と内周シート部13との間に介装されてリーフバルブ2の初期撓み量を設定する環状の間座3と、間座3のバルブディスク8に対する径方向の位置ずれを規制する位置決め手段を備えた。

Claims (7)
- 環状であって、軸方向へ突出する円環状の外周シート部と、当該外周シート部の内側に設けられて軸方向へ突出する内周シート部と、上記外周シート部と上記内周シート部との間に形成される環状窓と、当該環状窓に通じるポートとを備えたバルブディスクと、
当該バルブディスクに積層されて上記外周シート部に離着座する環状のリーフバルブと、
上記リーフバルブと上記内周シート部との間に介装されて上記リーフバルブの初期撓み量を設定する環状の間座とを備えた減衰バルブにおいて、
上記間座の上記バルブディスクに対する径方向の位置ずれを規制する位置決め手段を備えたことを特徴とする減衰バルブ。 - 上記位置決め手段は、上記バルブディスクの一端から軸方向へ向けて突出して上記間座の外周に対向する突部を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の減衰バルブ。
- 上記突部の上記間座側に溝を設けたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の減衰バルブ。
- 上記突部を上記ポートの外周に設けたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の減衰バルブ。
- 上記位置決め手段は、上記間座の外周に上記バルブディスク側へ向けて伸びて上記ポート内或いは上記環状窓内に挿入される複数の爪を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の減衰バルブ。
- 上記位置決め手段は、上記間座の外周から放射状伸びて上記バルブディスクの上記外周シート部の内周に対向する複数の腕を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の減衰バルブ。
- 上記位置決め手段は、上記リーフバルブと上記間座を溶接或いは接着により一体化したことである請求項1に記載の減衰バルブ。
