Abstract
【解決手段】素線径が0.15mm以上0.5mm以下の素線からなり断面積が20mm2以上の導体11の外周を、難燃剤を含む絶縁樹脂12で被覆した電気ケーブル10aであって、電気ケーブル径/導体径が1.15以上1.40以下であり、絶縁樹脂12のセカントモジュラスが10MPa以上50MPa以下となっている。または、断面積が20mm2以上の導体11の外周を難燃剤を含む絶縁樹脂12’で被覆し、絶縁樹脂12’の外周にシールド導体13を配し、さらにシールド導体13の外周を絶縁樹脂で被覆した電気ケーブルであって、電気ケーブル径/導体径が1.40以上1.77以下であり、絶縁樹脂のセカントモジュラスが10MPa以上50MPa以下となっている。

Description
図1(A)の絶縁電線10aとして示す電気ケーブルは、中心導体11(以下、単に導体と言う)が、導体断面積20SQ(20mm2)以上で、その絶縁体12をポリオレフィン系の樹脂をベース樹脂としたケーブルを対象とする。
また、図1(B)のシールド電線10bとして示す電気ケーブルは、図1(A)の絶縁電線10aの絶縁体12’の外側に、編組または横巻きで形成したシールド導体13を配し、その外側をシース(外被とも言う)14で覆ったケーブルを対象とする。
シールド電線10bは、絶縁体12’またはシース14のいずれかが絶縁体12と同じ樹脂である。絶縁体12’およびシース14の両方が絶縁体12と同じ樹脂であってもよい。絶縁体12’、シース14の成形は、絶縁体12と同様に押出成形される。押出成形された上に架橋処理されてもよい。
表2において、編組構成の上段が打数、下段が持数を示す。また、実施例1〜6、実施例8、および比較例の導体は撚撚構造で、表の上段の値が子撚の素線数であり、表の下段の数値が子撚りの数である。
Claims (7)
- 素線径が0.15mm以上0.5mm以下の素線からなり断面積が20mm2以上の導体の外周を、難燃剤を含む絶縁樹脂で被覆した電気ケーブルであって、
電気ケーブル径/導体径が1.15以上1.40以下であり、
前記絶縁樹脂のセカントモジュラスが10MPa以上50MPa以下であることを特徴とする電気ケーブル。 - 断面積が20mm2以上の導体の外周を難燃剤を含む絶縁樹脂で被覆し、該絶縁樹脂の外周にシールド導体を配し、さらに該シールド導体の外周を絶縁樹脂で被覆した電気ケーブルであって、
電気ケーブル径/導体径が1.40以上1.77以下であり、
前記シールド導体の内側の絶縁樹脂のセカントモジュラスが10MPa以上50MPa以下であることを特徴とする電気ケーブル。 - 前記シールド導体の内側の絶縁樹脂と前記シールド導体の外側の絶縁樹脂とが同じ樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気ケーブル。
- 断面積が20mm2以上の導体の外周を難燃剤を含む絶縁樹脂で被覆し、該絶縁樹脂の外周にシールド導体を配し、さらに該シールド導体の外周を絶縁樹脂で被覆した電気ケーブルであって、
電気ケーブル径/導体径が1.40以上1.77以下であり、
前記シールド導体の外側の絶縁樹脂のセカントモジュラスが10MPa以上50MPa以下であることを特徴とする電気ケーブル。 - セカントモジュラスが10MPa以上50MPa以下である前記絶縁樹脂がオレフィンと極性を有するコモノマーの共重合体A、または、該共重合体Aと、オレフィンとαオレフィン共重合体Bとの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電気ケーブル。
- セカントモジュラスが10MPa以上50MPa以下である前記絶縁樹脂が極性を有するコモノマーを含むオレフィン系樹脂であって、コモノマー量が23重量%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1に記載の電気ケーブル。
- 前記絶縁樹脂が架橋されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1に記載の電気ケーブル。
