Abstract
【解決手段】電池パック1は、トレイ11と、複数の電池セル12と、補強金具13とを備える。トレイ11は、リブ111及びこのリブ111で仕切られた複数の収納部112を有する。電池セル12は、収納部112に配置される。補強金具13は、リブの延在方向に沿ってリブ111の縁111Aに装着される。

Claims (6)
- リブ及びこのリブで仕切られた複数の収納部を有するトレイと、
前記収納部に配置される複数の電池セルと、
前記リブの延在方向に沿って前記リブの縁に装着される補強金具と、を備える
ことを特徴とする電池パック。 - 前記電池セルと前記トレイとを連結するブラケットをさらに備え、
前記トレイは、前記リブの近傍の前記収納部の内周壁から突出した台座と、この台座に埋設されたアンカーと、を有し、
前記補強金具及び前記ブラケットは、前記アンカーに連結される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載された電池パック。 - 前記ブラケットは、前記台座から露出した前記アンカーの上端に固定され、
前記補強金具は、前記台座から露出した前記アンカーの軸に装着される
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載された電池パック。 - 前記トレイが搭載され車両に固定されるサポートをさらに備え、
前記トレイは、下方から前記アンカーに取り付けられる締結部材によって前記サポートに固定される
ことを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載された電池パック。 - 前記トレイは、前記車両の進行方向に沿って配置される前記リブを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載された電池パック。 - 前記トレイは、前記車両の進行方向を横切る方向に沿って配置される前記リブを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載された電池パック。
