Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の電子写真用感光体の一構成例を示す模式的断面図であり、導電性基体1の上に、下引き層2を介して、電荷発生層4および電荷輸送層5が順次積層されてなる感光層3aが設けられた構成の負帯電型の機能分離型積層感光体である。図2は、本発明の感光体の異なる構成例を示す模式的断面図であり、導電性基体1の上に電荷輸送層5および電荷発生層4が順次積層されて感光層3bが設けられ、さらに、表面保護層6が設けられている構成の正帯電型の機能分離積層型感光体である。図3は、本発明の感光体のさらに異なる構成例を示す模式的断面図であり、導電性基体1の上に電荷発生物質と電荷輸送物質とを混合して含有する単層型感光層3cが設けられた構成の、通常、正帯電型の単層型感光体である。なお、いずれのタイプの感光体においても、下引き層2および表面保護層6は、必要に応じ設ければよい。また、本発明において「感光層」は、電荷発生層および電荷輸送層を積層した積層型感光層と、単層型感光層との両方を含む。
<実施例1>
外径30mm、長さ260.5mmのアルミニウム円筒の外周面に、アルコール可溶性ポリアミド(東レ(株)製;商品名「CM8000」)5部と、アミノシラン処理された酸化チタン微粒子11部とを、メタノールと塩化メチレンとブタノールとの混合溶剤(混合比3/5/2)に分散、溶解した塗布液を浸漬塗工し、温度140℃で20分間乾燥して、膜厚1.5μmの下引き層を形成した。
電荷輸送物質として、前記構造式(I)で示されるスチリル化合物((株)高砂ケミカル製;商品名「T−328」)0.5部(感光層中の電荷輸送物質の総量に対する質量比:8.33%)と、前記構造式(II)で示されるトリフェニルアミン化合物((株)高砂ケミカル製;商品名「T−716」)5.5部とを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして感光体を作製した。
電荷輸送物質として、前記構造式(I)で示されるスチリル化合物((株)高砂ケミカル製;商品名「T−328」)1部(感光層中の電荷輸送物質の総量に対する質量比:16.67%)と、前記構造式(II)で示されるトリフェニルアミン化合物((株)高砂ケミカル製;商品名「T−716」)5部とを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして感光体を作製した。
外径30mm、長さ260.5mmのアルミニウム円筒の外周面に、実施例1と同様の下引き層および電荷発生層を順次形成した。この電荷発生層上に、電荷輸送物質としての、前記構造式(I)で示されるスチリル化合物((株)高砂ケミカル製;商品名「T−328」)0.1部(感光層中の電荷輸送物質の総量に対する質量比:1.25%)と、前記構造式(II)で示されるトリフェニルアミン化合物((株)高砂ケミカル製;商品名「T−716」)7.9部とを、バインダー樹脂としてのポリカーボネート樹脂(帝人化成(株)製;商品名「TS2050」)12部とともに、塩化メチレン105部に分散、溶解させた塗布液を浸漬塗工し、温度90℃で60分間乾燥して膜厚26μmの電荷輸送層を形成し、図1に示す構成の感光体を作製した。
電荷輸送物質として、前記構造式(I)で示されるスチリル化合物((株)高砂ケミカル製;商品名「T−328」)0.5部(感光層中の電荷輸送物質の総量に対する質量比:6.25%)と、前記構造式(II)で示されるトリフェニルアミン化合物((株)高砂ケミカル製;商品名「T−716」)7.5部とを用いた以外は、実施例4と同様にして感光体を作製した。
電荷輸送物質として、前記構造式(I)で示されるスチリル化合物((株)高砂ケミカル製;商品名「T−328」)1部(感光層中の電荷輸送物質の総量に対する質量比:12.6%)と、前記構造式(II)で示されるトリフェニルアミン化合物((株)高砂ケミカル製;商品名「T−716」)7部とを用いた以外は、実施例4と同様にして感光体を作製した。
電荷輸送物質として、前記構造式(I)で示されるスチリル化合物((株)高砂ケミカル製;商品名「T−328」)5部(感光層中の電荷輸送物質の総量に対する質量比:50.0%)と、前記構造式(II)で示されるトリフェニルアミン化合物((株)高砂ケミカル製;商品名「T−716」)5部とを用いた以外は、実施例4と同様にして感光体を作製した。
電荷輸送物質として、前記構造式(II)で示されるトリフェニルアミン化合物((株)高砂ケミカル製;商品名「T−716」)6部のみを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして感光体を作製した。
電荷輸送物質として、前記構造式(II)で示されるトリフェニルアミン化合物((株)高砂ケミカル製;商品名「T−716」)8部のみを用いた以外は、実施例4と同様にして感光体を作製した。

Claims (4)
- 前記感光層に含まれる電荷輸送物質のうち、前記構造式(I)で示されるスチリル化合物の含有量が1.25〜50.0質量%であり、かつ、前記構造式(II)で示されるトリフェニルアミン化合物の含有量が98.75〜50.0質量%である請求項1記載の電子写真用感光体。
- 前記感光層に含まれる電荷輸送物質のうち、前記構造式(I)で示されるスチリル化合物の含有量が8.33〜16.67質量%であり、かつ、前記構造式(II)で示されるトリフェニルアミン化合物の含有量が91.67〜83.33質量%である請求項2記載の電子写真用感光体。
- 前記感光層が電荷発生物質として、CuKα−X線回折スペクトルでブラッグ角7.22°、9.60°、11.60°、13.40°、14.88°、18.34°、23.62°、24.14°および27.32°に明瞭な回折ピークを有し、かつ、ブラッグ角9.60°の回折ピークが最大であるチタニルオキシフタロシアニンを含有する請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項記載の電子写真用感光体。
