Abstract
【解決手段】有底筒状に形成されるとともに、軸線O1方向後端15b側に冷却水Wが導入される冷却水供給口23及び冷却水Wが排出される冷却水排出口22が形成され、高温の炉内に挿入される外筒15と、有底筒状に形成され、外筒15の内部に挿入して配置されるとともに、内部に冷却空気Sが供給される内筒16と、内筒16の内部に配置され、外筒15の外部を撮像する撮像手段19と、外筒15の内面と内筒16の外面の間に配設され、外筒15の内面との間に冷却水Wを軸線O1方向先端15a側に導く第一流路R1及び冷却水Wを後端15b側に導く第二流路R2を画成するとともに、外筒15の底部との間に第一流路R1と第二流路R2を連通させる連通路R3を画成する仕切り部材20、21とを備える。

Claims (5)
- 有底筒状に形成されるとともに、軸線方向後端側に冷却水が導入される冷却水供給口及び該冷却水が排出される冷却水排出口が形成され、高温の炉内に挿入される外筒と、
有底筒状に形成され、前記外筒の内部に挿入して配置されるとともに、内部に冷却空気が供給される内筒と、
該内筒の内部に配置され、前記外筒の外部を撮像する撮像手段と、
前記外筒の内面と前記内筒の外面の間に配設され、前記外筒の内面との間に前記冷却水を軸線方向先端側に導く第一流路及び冷却水を後端側に導く第二流路を画成するとともに、前記外筒の底部との間に前記第一流路と第二流路を連通させる連通路を画成する仕切り部材とを備えることを特徴とする高温炉内監視装置。 - 請求項1記載の高温炉内監視装置において、
前記内筒には、内面から外面に貫通する内筒撮像口が形成されるとともに、該内筒撮像口に内部を連通させつつ軸線直交方向外側に突出する筒状のプラグ接続部が一体に設けられ、
前記外筒には、内面から外面に貫通する外筒撮像口が形成され、
前記外筒撮像口を通じて前記外筒の外側から、略筒状の止水用プラグを前記プラグ接続部に互いの内部を連通させた状態で接続させ、前記止水用プラグ及び前記プラグ接続部を介して前記外筒と前記内筒が着脱可能に一体に形成されるとともに、
前記止水用プラグによって前記第一流路及び前記第二流路の水密性を確保しつつ、前記内筒撮像口と前記プラグ接続部の内部と前記外筒撮像口と前記止水用プラグの内部が互いに連通し、前記撮像手段で前記外筒の外部を撮像するための撮像孔が形成されることを特徴とする高温炉内監視装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の高温炉内監視装置において、
前記内筒には、内面から外面に貫通し、その内部に前記撮像手段を出し入れするための出し入れ口が形成されるとともに、該出し入れ口を閉塞する蓋部材が着脱可能に設けられていることを特徴とする高温炉内監視装置。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の高温炉内監視装置において、
前記内筒の内部に複数の前記撮像手段を備えており、
該複数の前記撮像手段は、隣り合う前記撮像手段の一部の撮像領域が互いに重なるように配設されていることを特徴とする高温炉内監視装置。 - 高温の炉内に挿入配置されて前記炉内の堆積物の生成状態を監視する請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の高温炉内監視装置と、
前記炉内に設けられ、前記堆積物を解除するための補助バーナと、
前記炉内に被燃焼/溶融物を供給する被燃焼/溶融物供給装置とを備えるとともに、
前記高温炉内監視装置の撮像手段で取得した画像から前記堆積物の大きさを判別し、該堆積物の大きさに基いて前記補助バーナ及び前記被燃焼/溶融物供給装置の駆動を制御する制御装置を備えることを特徴とする高温炉内監視システム。
