Abstract
【解決手段】制御装置は、ステップ110で2相変調方式を選択した場合には、ステップ130でキャリア周波数をf1とし、ステップ110で3相変調方式を選択した場合には、ステップ140でキャリア周波数を2相変調方式選択時の半分となるf0とする。これにより、3相変調方式選択時にフィルタ回路に流れる電流の2次成分の周波数をフィルタ回路の共振周波数から乖離させる。

Description
複数の変調方式における基準搬送波の搬送波周波数を同一とした周波数同一モード時に、複数の変調方式のうち、インバータ回路(40)のスイッチング素子のスイッチングに伴いコイル要素(80)を流れる電流の周波数成分の値が最大となる電流最大周波数がフィルタ回路(31)の共振周波数に最も近くなる変調方式を共振誘因変調方式と定義した場合に、
制御手段(100)が、
共振誘因変調方式を選択してPWM変調するときには、周波数同一モード時よりも電流最大周波数と共振周波数とが乖離するように、他の変調方式を選択したときとは異なる搬送波周波数の基準搬送波を用いてノッチ波を生成することを特徴としている。
本発明を適用した第1の実施形態について、図1〜図9を参照して説明する。

Claims (3)
- 複数相のモータコイルを有するモータの前記複数相に対応して設けられたスイッチング素子を有するインバータ回路(40)と、
前記複数相の各相への印加電圧指令である変調波と基準搬送波との比較結果に基づいて生成したノッチ波によって前記スイッチング素子をスイッチングし、直流電圧をPWM変調により交流電圧に変換して前記複数相のモータコイルへ出力するように前記インバータ回路を制御する制御手段(100)と、
前記直流電圧の供給源(20)から前記インバータ回路への電力供給経路(30)に設けられ、コンデンサ要素(60、70)とコイル要素(80)とを有するフィルタ回路(31)と、を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記PWM変調の方式を、複数の変調方式の中で選択的に切り替えるものであり、
前記フィルタ回路が、前記スイッチングに伴って電気的共振回路となるモータ駆動装置であって、
前記複数の変調方式における前記基準搬送波の搬送波周波数を同一とした周波数同一モード時に、前記複数の変調方式のうち、前記スイッチングに伴い前記コイル要素を流れる電流の周波数成分の値が最大となる電流最大周波数が前記フィルタ回路の共振周波数に最も近くなる変調方式を共振誘因変調方式と定義した場合に、
前記制御手段は、
前記共振誘因変調方式を選択して前記PWM変調するときには、前記周波数同一モード時よりも前記電流最大周波数と前記共振周波数とが乖離するように、他の前記変調方式を選択したときとは異なる前記搬送波周波数の前記基準搬送波を用いて前記ノッチ波を生成することを特徴とするモータ駆動装置。 - 前記複数相は3相であり、
前記複数の変調方式は、2相変調方式および3相変調方式であって、
前記制御手段は、
前記周波数同一モード時よりも、前記2相変調方式と前記3相変調方式とのうち前記共振誘因変調方式である一方の前記変調方式の前記搬送波周波数が、他方の前記変調方式の搬送波周波数に近づくように、
前記一方の変調方式を選択して前記PWM変調するときには、前記他方の変調方式を選択したときとは異なる前記搬送波周波数の前記基準搬送波を用いて前記ノッチ波を生成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモータ駆動装置。 - 前記共振誘因変調方式は前記3相変調方式であり、
前記制御手段は、
前記3相変調方式を選択して前記PWM変調するときには、前記2相変調方式を選択したときの半分となる前記搬送波周波数の前記基準搬送波を用いて前記ノッチ波を生成することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のモータ駆動装置。
