Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の強化ガラスの製造方法は、強化用ガラスをイオン交換処理して、圧縮応力層を有する強化ガラスを得た後、圧縮応力層の圧縮応力値(CS)が120〜1200MPaになるように、300℃以上、且つ(イオン交換処理の温度+10℃)未満の熱処理温度で、強化ガラスを熱処理することを特徴とする。

Claims (10)
- 強化用ガラスをイオン交換処理して、圧縮応力層を有する強化ガラスを得た後、圧縮応力層の圧縮応力値(CS)が120〜1200MPaになるように、300℃以上、且つ(イオン交換処理の温度+10℃)未満の熱処理温度で、強化ガラスを熱処理することを特徴とする強化ガラスの製造方法。
- 熱処理温度がイオン交換処理の温度より低いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化ガラスの製造方法。
- 熱処理時間が5〜250分間であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の強化ガラスの製造方法。
- 熱処理後に、強化ガラスを切断することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラスの製造方法。
- イオン交換処理と熱処理を連続的に行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラスの製造方法。
- 圧縮応力層の圧縮応力値(CS)が480〜850MPaになるように、強化ガラスを熱処理することを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラスの製造方法。
- 圧縮応力層の応力深さ(DOL)が17.0超〜35μmになるように、強化ガラスを熱処理することを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラスの製造方法。
- 強化用ガラスが、ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 40〜71%、Al2O3 7〜23%、Li2O 0〜1%、Na2O 7〜20%、K2O 0〜15%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラスの製造方法。
- 強化用ガラスが、未研磨の表面を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラスの製造方法。
- 強化用ガラスが、オーバーフローダウンドロー法により成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラスの製造方法。
