ここで、PEDOT/PSSは、ポリ(3,4−エチレンジオキシチオフェン)/ポリスチレンスルホネートを意味する。この層は、ホールの注入バリアを減少させ且つ酸化物層の構成要素が接合部へ拡散することを防止することに役立つ。任意選択の保護層は、好ましくは、フッ化リチウム、フッ化セシウム又は銀、並びにそれらの組合せを含む。
好ましいホウ酸ランタンは、酸化ランタンを25乃至50wt%の量で含有する。酸化ランタンは、高屈折率ホウ酸ランタンマトリックスの一部である。ガラス中における存在比率があまりに小さいと、好ましい屈折率領域が得られないであろう。その含有率が高すぎると、ボレートマトリックス中におけるランタンの溶解性の欠如により、結晶化リスクが増大する。
さらにホウケイ酸ガラスも、本発明に従って使用するのに適することが見出された。好ましい態様において、ハイブリッドガラスはホウケイ酸アルカリ土類金属ガラスである。
他の態様において、ハイブリッドガラスは、ホウケイ酸ランタンガラスである。
本発明による他の態様において、光技術ハイブリッドガラスは、シリケートガラス、特にチタンシリケートガラスである。
他の好ましい態様において、本発明により使用されるガラスは、アルカリ土類金属チタンシリケートガラスのタイプのシリケートガラスである。
板ガラス方法において基板を調製するステップ
基板を他の層と接合して層複合体アセンブリを形成するステップ
を含む、本発明による透明層複合体アセンブリを製造する方法もある。
表2〜6には、好ましい組成範囲にある45の態様が含まれる。本発明によるガラスは、以下のようにして製造される。
Claims (13)
- 導電性透明酸化物層と、半導体層と、屈折率ndが>1.6である光技術ハイブリッドガラスを含む基板層とを含む透明層複合体アセンブリ。
- 前記光技術ハイブリッドガラスがホウ酸ランタンガラスである、請求項1に記載の透明層複合体アセンブリ。
- 前記光技術ハイブリッドガラスがホウケイ酸ガラスである、請求項1に記載の透明層複合体アセンブリ。
- 前記光技術ハイブリッドガラスがシリケートガラスである、請求項1に記載の透明層複合体アセンブリ。
- 前記光技術ハイブリッドガラスがnd≧1.8の屈折率を有する、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の透明層複合体アセンブリ。
- 前記光技術ハイブリッドガラスが、不可避的不純物を除いては、鉛、ヒ素及び/又はアンチモンの酸化還元活性酸化物を含まない、請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の透明層複合体アセンブリ。
- 前記透明酸化物層が酸化インジウムスズを含む、請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の透明層複合体アセンブリ。
- 前記酸化物層と前記基板との間の屈折率の差が最大で0.45である、請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の透明層複合体アセンブリ。
- 前記半導体層が有機半導体を含む、請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の透明層複合体アセンブリ。
