Claims (20)
- 牽引式エレベータ装置用の細長いエレベータ耐荷重部材であって、
複数の張力要素と、
前記張力要素に対して横向きでかつ該張力要素と織り合わされた複数の織繊維と、を有し、前記織繊維は、前記耐荷重部材の少なくとも1つの牽引面を画成していることを特徴とする細長いエレベータ耐荷重部材。 - 前記織繊維は、前記牽引面と前記張力要素との間に離間距離を定め、この離間距離により、張力要素と、前記牽引面が係合する構成要素と、の接触が防止されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の細長いエレベータ耐荷重部材。
- 前記織繊維は、前記張力部材の長さに平行な方向で前記織繊維の間に所定の離間距離を有するパターンで配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の細長いエレベータ耐荷重部材。
- 前記パターンは、前記張力要素に対して第1の角度で互いに実質的に平行に整列されたいくつかの織繊維と、前記張力要素に対して第2の異なる角度で互いに実質的に平行に整列された他の織繊維と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の細長いエレベータ耐荷重部材。
- 前記張力要素は第1の材料で構成され、前記織繊維は第2の異なる材料で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の細長いエレベータ耐荷重部材。
- 前記張力要素は金属製であり、前記織繊維は非金属製であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の細長いエレベータ耐荷重部材。
- 前記織繊維は、エラストマ材料で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の細長いエレベータ耐荷重部材。
- 前記織繊維は、エラストマ繊維を含むことを特徴とする請求項7記載の細長いエレベータ耐荷重部材。
- 前記織繊維は、エラストマ材料で少なくとも部分的にコーティングされていることを特徴とする請求項7記載の細長いエレベータ耐荷重部材。
- 前記織繊維上にコーティングを含み、このコーティングは、前記織繊維によって少なくとも部分的に画成された外面テクスチャーを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の細長いエレベータ耐荷重部材。
- 牽引式エレベータ装置用の細長いエレベータ耐荷重部材の製造方法であって、
複数の張力要素を用意し、
前記張力要素とともに複数の織繊維を織り合わせ、
前記耐荷重部材の少なくとも1つの面に牽引面を形成するステップをそれぞれ含み、前記牽引面は前記織繊維によって画成されることを特徴とする細長いエレベータ耐荷重部材の製造方法。 - 前記織繊維と前記張力要素を織り合わせるときに前記牽引面を形成することを含むことを特徴とする請求項11記載の細長いエレベータ耐荷重部材の製造方法。
- 前記織繊維と前記張力要素を織り合わせた後に、少なくとも織繊維にコーティングを施すことにより前記牽引面を形成することを含むことを特徴とする請求項11記載の細長いエレベータ耐荷重部材の製造方法。
- 前記織繊維を使用して前記張力要素と前記牽引面との間に離間距離を定めることを含むことを特徴とする請求項11記載の細長いエレベータ耐荷重部材の製造方法。
- 前記張力要素と、前記牽引面に係合する構成要素と、の接触を防止するパターンで前記織繊維を配置することを含むことを特徴とする請求項14記載の細長いエレベータ耐荷重部材の製造方法。
- 前記牽引面がエラストマ材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項11記載の細長いエレベータ耐荷重部材の製造方法。
- 前記織繊維がエラストマ材料の繊維を含むことを特徴とする請求項16記載の細長いエレベータ耐荷重部材の製造方法。
- 前記織繊維をエラストマ材料で少なくとも部分的にコーティングすることを含むことを特徴とする請求項16記載の細長いエレベータ耐荷重部材の製造方法。
- 前記織繊維のいくつかを互いに実質的に平行でかつ前記張力要素に対して第1の角度で配置し、
