アクチュエータに供給される気体の圧力を上げるために、前記少なくとも1つのステージターボコンプレッサー(1a、1b)を回転させる軸(5a)と、を備え、
前記少なくとも1つのステージターボコンプレッサー(1a、1b)が、前記少なくとも1つのステージターボコンプレッサーで圧縮される気体を少なくとも1つの冷却器(3a、3b)に送る排出口、を有するアクチュエータ(10)において、
前記アクチュエータ(10)は、タービン(2)および制御バルブ(4)をさらに有し、
前記制御バルブ(4)によって、前記ターボコンプレッサー(1a、1b)で生成される前記タービン(2)への圧縮気体の流量が、調整される
ことを特徴とするアクチュエータ。 - 前記アクチュエータ(10)が、前記軸(5a)を回転させるモータ(5)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記アクチュエータ(10)が、前記少なくとも1つの冷却器(3a、3b)をさらに有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記タービン(2)が、前記軸(5a)に接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記アクチュエータ(10)が、前記軸(5a)に接続される発電機(9)をさらに有する
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記アクチュエータ(10)が、前記タービン(2)と連結する動力伝達に設けられる発電機(9)、をさらに有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記アクチュエータ(10)が、気体の排出口(1c)を備えた少なくとも第1ステージターボコンプレッサー(1a)と、気体の取入口(1d)を備えた第2ステージターボコンプレッサーと、前記第1ステージターボコンプレッサーの前記排出口(1c)と前記第2ステージターボコンプレッサーの前記取入口(1d)との間に接続される第1冷却器(3a)と、を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記制御バルブ(4)が、前記第1冷却器(3a)から前記タービン(2)に気体を送るために、設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記アクチュエータ(10)が、気体の排出口(1c)を備えた少なくとも第1ステージターボコンプレッサー(1a)と、気体の取入口(1d)および気体の排出口(1e)を備えた第2ステージターボコンプレッサーと、前記第1ステージターボコンプレッサーの排出口(1c)と前記第2ステージターボコンプレッサーの取入口(1d)との間に接続される第1冷却器(3a)と、前記第2ステージターボコンプレッサーの排出口(1e)と前記アクチュエータの排出口(7)との間に接続される第2冷却器(3b)と、を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ(10)。 - 前記制御バルブ(4)が、前記第2冷却器(3b)から前記タービン(2)に気体を送るために、設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記タービン(2)を通じて流れる気体が、前記ターボコンプレッサーのモータ(5)、補助装置、および/または、前記アクチュエータ(10)で生成される気体、を冷却するために、用いられる
ことを特徴とする請求項2〜10のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記モータ(5)が、高速モータである
ことを特徴とする請求項2〜11のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記タービン(2)および/または前記モータ(5)の軸受が、空気軸受、気体軸受、または、空気または気体の軸受と磁気軸受との組み合わせの軸受で構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2〜12のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記アクチュエータ(10)が、ターボ発電機である
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記アクチェータ(10)が、前記タービン(2)と前記制御バルブ(4)との間に接続される冷却器(3c)をさらに有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 圧縮される気体を少なくとも1つの冷却器(3a、3b)に送る排出口を備えた少なくとも1つのターボコンプレッサー(1a、1b)と、
前記少なくとも1つのターボコンプレッサー(1a、1b)に接続され、かつ、前記アクチュエータ(10)に供給される気体の圧力を上げるために回転する軸(5a)と、
タービン(2)と、
制御バルブ(4)と、を有するアクチュエータ(10)、を制御する方法において、
前記制御バルブ(4)によって、前記ターボコンプレッサー(1a、1b)で生成される前記タービン(2)への圧縮気体の流量が、調整される
ことを特徴とするアクチュエータを制御する方法。 - 少なくとも1つのステージターボコンプレッサー(1a、1b)と、
アクチュエータ(10)に供給される気体の圧力を上げるために、前記少なくとも1つのステージターボコンプレッサー(1a、1b)を回転させる軸(5a)と、を備え、
前記少なくとも1つのステージターボコンプレッサー(1a、1b)が、前記少なくとも1つのステージターボコンプレッサーで圧縮される気体を少なくとも1つの冷却器(3a、3b)に送る排出口、を有するアクチュエータ(10)の制御システムにおいて、
前記制御システムは、タービン(2)および制御バルブ(4)をさらに有し、
前記制御バルブ(4)によって、前記ターボコンプレッサーで生成される前記タービン(2)への圧縮気体の流量が、調整される
