アクチュエータ(10)に供給される気体の圧力を上げるために、少なくとも1つのステージターボコンプレッサー(1a、1b)を回転させる軸(5a)と、
タービン(2)と、
前記タービン(2)への圧縮気体の流量を調整する制御バルブ(4)と、を備え、
前記第1ステージターボコンプレッサー(1a)が、前記第1ステージターボコンプレッサーで圧縮される気体を前記第1冷却器(3a、3b)に送る気体の排出口(1c)、を有し、前記第2ステージターボコンプレッサー(1b)が、取入口(1d)を有するアクチュエータ(10)であって、
前記第1冷却器(3a)が、前記第1ステージターボコンプレッサー(1a)の前記排出口(1c)と前記第2ステージターボコンプレッサー(1b)の前記取入口(1d)との間に接続される、アクチュエータにおいて、
前記アクチュエータ(10)は、前記軸(5a)を回転させるモータ(5)をさらに有し、
前記アクチュエータ(10)が、前記タービン(2)を通じて流れる気体を用いて、前記ターボコンプレッサーのモータ(5)又は補助装置の少なくとも1つが冷却されるように、構成されている
ことを特徴とするアクチュエータ。 - 前記タービン(2)が、前記軸(5a)に接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記アクチュエータ(10)が、前記軸(5a)に接続される発電機(9)をさらに有する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記アクチュエータ(10)が、前記タービン(2)と接続する動力伝達に設けられる発電機(9)、をさらに有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記制御バルブ(4)が、前記第1冷却器(3a)から前記タービン(2)に気体を送るために、設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記アクチュエータ(10)が、気体の排出口(1c)を備えた少なくとも第1ステージターボコンプレッサー(1a)と、気体の取入口(1d)および気体の排出口(1e)を備えた第2ステージコンプレッサーと、前記第1ステージターボコンプレッサーの排出口(1c)と前記第2ステージターボコンプレッサーの取入口(1d)との間に接続される第1冷却器(3a)と、前記第2ステージターボコンプレッサーの排出口(1e)と前記アクチュエータの排出口(7)との間に接続される第2冷却器(3b)と、を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記制御バルブ(4)が、前記第2冷却器(3b)から前記タービン(2)に気体を送るために、設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記モータ(5)が、高速モータである
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記タービン(2)および/または前記モータ(5)の軸受が、空気軸受、気体軸受、または、空気または気体の軸受と磁気軸受との組み合わせの軸受で構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記アクチェータ(10)が、前記タービン(2)と前記制御バルブ(4)との間に接続される冷却器(3c)をさらに有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 少なくとも第1冷却器(3a、3b)と、
圧縮される気体を前記第1冷却器(3a、3b)に送る排出口(1c)を備えた少なくとも第1ターボコンプレッサー(1a)と、
気体の取入口(1d)を備えた第2ターボコンプレッサー(1b)と、
タービン(2)と、
前記タービン(2)への圧縮気体の流量を調整する制御バルブ(4)と、
少なくとも1つのターボコンプレッサー(1a、1b)に接続され、かつ、アクチュエータに供給される気体の圧力を上げるために回転する軸(5a)と、を有し、
前記第1ターボコンプレッサーで圧縮される気体が、前記第1冷却器(3a)を介して前記第1ターボコンプレッサー(1a)の前記排出口(1c)から前記第2ターボコンプレッサー(1b)の前記取入口(1d)まで提供される、アクチュエータ(10)を制御する方法であって、
前記軸(5a)を回転させるために、モータ(5)を使用する工程と、
前記ターボコンプレッサーの前記モータ(5)又は補助装置の少なくとも1つを冷却するために、前記タービン(2)を通じて流れる気体を使用する工程と、を有する
ことを特徴とするアクチュエータを制御する方法。 - 少なくとも第1冷却器(3a、3b)と、
少なくとも第1ステージターボコンプレッサー(1a)と、
第2ステージターボコンプレッサー(1b)と、
アクチュエータに供給される気体の圧力を上げるために、前記少なくとも1つのステージターボコンプレッサー(1a、1b)を回転させる軸(5a)と
タービン(2)と、
前記タービンへの圧縮気体の流量を調整する制御バルブと、を備え、
前記1ステージターボコンプレッサーが、前記第1ステージターボコンプレッサー(1a)で圧縮される気体を前記第1冷却器(3a、3b)に送る気体の排出口(1c)、を有し、前記第2ステージターボコンプレッサー(1b)が、取入口(1d)を有するアクチュエータ(10)の制御システムであって、
前記制御システムが、前記軸(5a)を回転させるモータ(5)をさらに有し、
前記制御システムが、前記タービン(2)を通じて流れる気体を用いて、前記ターボコンプレッサーのモータ(5)又は補助装置の少なくとも1つを冷却するように、構成されている
ことを特徴とするアクチュエータの制御システム。
