Description
2AgCl(s)+Na2S(s) = Ag2S(s)+2NaCl(aq)
強酸浸出後に、実験室での試験により残渣の硫化および浮選処理を調べた。主成分に対する補填物の成分は次のとおりである。すなわち、Pbが19.3%、Agが720g/t、Auが2.3g/tであった。また、補填物は主に、亜鉛と鉄との化合物、石膏、およびケイ酸塩鉱物で構成されていた。
実験2では、浮選処理を例1と同様の方法で行ったが、例1とは別に浮選処理段階で、浮選用ガス配合物を使用し、またNaHS溶液を付加することで、+200mVvsSHEの電位値まで電位を調節した。
Claims (16)
- 亜鉛電解処理工からの残渣を浮遊させ、硫化して、鉛および銀の化合物を硫化物形態に転換し、さらに浮遊選鉱して有価金属を含有する浮選精鉱を生成する、亜鉛電解工程の残渣から鉛、銀、および金などの有価金属を回収する方法において、前記硫化工程および浮遊選鉱工程を電気化学的に調節することで、前記硫化処理段階で供給される硫化物イオンの含有量を、生成された前記有価金属の硫化物の粒子が浮選処理するのに十分な大きさになるまで酸化還元電位を利用して調節し、前記浮遊選鉱処理段階で前記酸化還元電位を調節して、前記捕収用化学物質は前記浮選される鉱物に付着するが前記硫化物は酸化しないという範囲内にすることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記硫化処理段階では、前記処理工程における酸化還元電位を少なくとも1つの段階で測定して調節することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記浮遊選鉱処理段階では、前記酸化還元電位を少なくとも1つの段階で測定して調節することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1、2、または3に記載の方法において、有価金属電極もしくは金属電極、ガラス状炭素の電極もしくは無機電極、またはこれらの組み合わせを用いて前記スラリーの酸化還元電位を測定することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記浮遊選鉱処理段階では、適切な還元用化学物質を前記スラリーに加えて前記酸化還元電位を任意のレベルに調節することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記浮遊選鉱処理段階で不活性ガスを供給して前記酸化還元電位を任意のレベルに調節することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記浮遊選鉱処理段階で、いくらかの不活性ガスといくらかの空気を含むガス混合物を供給することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記浮遊選鉱処理段階で除去されるガスの少なくとも一部を再循環させて浮選処理に戻すことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記浮遊選鉱処理段階で生成された浮選金属精鉱の少なくとも一部を硫化処理に戻すことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法において、前記浮遊選鉱処理段階で生成された浮選金属精鉱の10〜30%を前記硫化処理段階に戻すことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記有価金属の浮選処理は1段階で行うことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記硫化処理段階で供給される硫化物イオンの量は、前記スラリーに含まれる銀および鉛の量に対する化学量論的な量であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または12に記載の方法において、前記硫化物イオンを、Na2S、NaHS、Ca(HS)2、およびH2Sの群のうちのいずれか1つを用いて溶液に導入することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、pH値を1〜4の範囲内に調節することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、硫化鉱物からなる一般的な捕収用化学物質を前記浮選処理で使用する場合、前記酸化還元電位を-50〜+350mVvsSHEの範囲内に調節することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、硫化処理で、前記酸化還元電位を-250〜-0mVvsSHEの範囲内に調節することを特徴とする方法。
