b)ドープ剤として好ましくは亜鉛、酸化亜鉛でドープされた、タングステン酸塩の群からの少なくとも1種の無機IR吸収剤、特に好ましくはZnwCs0.33WO3(W=0.001〜0.015)、および
c)本発明による特定の実施態様において所望により添加される少なくとも1種のホスフィン化合物、好ましくはトリフェニルホスフィン(TPP)、トリアルキルフェニルホスフィン、トリナフチルホスフィンまたはビスジフェニルホスフィノエタン、特にトリフェニルホスフィン(TPP)が特に好ましい。
a.85.00重量%〜98.90重量%、好ましくは93.00重量%〜98.90重量%の、透明な熱可塑性プラスチック;
b.0.10重量%〜2.00重量%の無機IR吸収剤としての亜鉛−ドープタングステン酸塩、好ましくはZnwCs0.33WO3(w=0.001〜0.015);および
c.1.00重量%〜4.80重量%の分散剤;
d.所望による0.00重量%〜0.20重量%、好ましくは0.01重量%〜0.10重量%の、ホスフィンに基づく安定剤、
e.所望による0.00重量%〜8.00重量%の、少なくとも1種の更なる補助物質および/または添加剤、例えば、二酸化ジルコニウムなど;
ただし、成分a〜eの合計は100重量%である。
防曇または反射防止コーティングも同様にプラズマ法によって製造できる。更に、特定の射出成形法、例えば、表面処理フィルムのバック射出などを用いて、得られる成形体に耐引掻きコーティングを更に施すことができる。種々の添加剤、例えば、トリアゾールまたはトリアジンから誘導されるUV吸収剤などは、耐引掻きコーティング中に存在できる。これは、有機性または無機性のIR吸収剤をさらに含有できる。このような添加剤は、耐引掻きラッカー自体に含まれてもよく、プライマー層に含まれてもよい。耐引掻き層の厚さは、1〜20μm、好ましくは2〜15μmである。1μm未満では、耐引掻き層の耐性が満足でない。20μmよりも大きいと、ラッカー中に亀裂がより頻繁に生じる。本発明に記載される、本発明に係る原料物質は、射出成形された物品が製造された後、上記耐引掻きおよび/または反射防止層が好ましく施される。なぜならば、使用の好ましい領域は、窓または自動車グレージング分野だからである。
透過および反射の測定は、フォトメーター球を有するPerkin Elmer Lambda900スペクタルフォトメーターを用いて行った(すなわち、拡散および直接透過と、拡散および直接反射を共に測定することにより、総透過率を算出する)。全ての値は、320nm〜2300nmにて測定した。
T1:トリフェニルホスフィン(TPP,シグマ−アルドリッヒ、82018、taufkirchen、ドイツ)
T2:Irganox(登録商標)B900(80%のIrgafos(登録商標)168(CAS31570−04−4)および20%Irganox(登録商標)1076(CAS2082−79−3);BASF AG;ルートウィヒスハーフェン)
TINUVIN(登録商標)329(TIN329は以下の通り)(2−(ベンゾトリアゾール−2−イル)−4−(2,4,4-トリメチルペンタン−2−イル)フェノール/CAS番号.3147−75−9)BASF AG製(ルートウィヒスハーフェン)を、UV吸収剤として使用した。
ペンタエリトリトールテトラステアレート(コグニス油脂化学工業、デュッセルドルフ)を、離型剤として使用した。
Makrolon(登録商標)2608を、上述のようにして、0.015重量%のセシウムタングステン酸塩Cs0.33WO3(YMDS874分散体の0.060重量%に相当する)と配合する。加熱状態における貯蔵の結果を表1に示す。

0.015重量%のセシウムタングステン酸塩Cs0.33WO3(YMDS874分散体の0.060重量%に相当する)および0.050重量%のトリフェニルホスフィン(T1)を、上述のような条件の下、Makrolon(登録商標)2608に添加する。
Makrolon(登録商標)2608を、上述のようにして、0.015重量%の亜鉛−ドープセシウムタングステン酸塩(亜鉛ドープセシウムタングステン酸塩分散体の0.060重量%に相当する)および0.050重量%のトリフェニルホスフィン(T1)と配合する。加熱状態における貯蔵の結果を表1に示す。
0.015重量%のセシウムタングステン酸塩Cs0.33WO3(YMDS874分散体の0.060重量%に相当する)、0.050重量%のトリフェニルホスフィン(T1)、0.200重量%のPETSおよび0.200重量%のTINUVIN(登録商標)329を、上述のような条件の下、Makrolon(登録商標)2608に添加する。
0.015重量%の亜鉛ドープセシウムタングステン酸塩(亜鉛ドープセシウムタングステン酸塩分散体の0.060重量%に相当する)、0.050重量%のトリフェニルホスフィン(T1)、0.200重量%のPETSおよび0.200重量%のTINUVIN(登録商標)329を、上述のような条件の下、Makrolon(登録商標)2608に添加する。
0.015重量%のセシウムタングステン酸塩Cs0.33WO3(YMDS874分散体の0.060重量%に相当する)、0.05重量%のトリフェニルホスフィン(T1)および0.050重量%のIrganox(登録商標)B900(T2)を、上述のような条件の下、Makrolon(登録商標)2608に添加する。
Makrolon(登録商標)2608を、上述のようにして、0.015重量%の亜鉛ドープセシウムタングステン酸塩(亜鉛ドープセシウムタングステン酸塩分散体の0.060重量%に相当する)、0.050重量%のトリフェニルホスフィン(T1)および0.050重量%のIrganox(登録商標)B900(T2)と配合する。
Claims (15)
- a. 少なくとも1種の透明熱可塑性プラスチック、
b. 無機IR吸収剤としての亜鉛ドープセシウムタングステン酸塩、および
c. ホスフィンに基づく所望による少なくとも1種の安定剤
を含有するポリマー組成物。 - 安定剤が、脂肪族ホスフィン、芳香族ホスフィンおよび脂肪族−芳香族ホスフィンから成る群から選択されるホスフィンであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 安定剤が、トリフェニルホスフィン(TPP)、トリアルキルフェニルホスフィン、ビスジフェニルホスフィノエタン、トリナフチルホスフィンおよびこれらのホスフィンの混合物を含む群から選択されるホスフィンである、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 組成物が、総組成物に基づき、0.01重量%〜0.20重量%の量でホスフィン化合物を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 組成物が、総組成物に基づき、0.0001重量%〜10.0000重量%(亜鉛ドープタングステン酸塩に基づく固形分)の量で赤外線吸収剤を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- ホスフィンに加えて、組成物が、ホスフィットから成る群からの少なくとも1種の安定剤およびフェノール系酸化防止剤から成る群からの少なくとも1種の安定剤を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- ホスフィンが(tris(2,4−ジ−tert−ブチル−フェニル)ホスフィット)であり、およびフェノール系酸化防止剤が(2,6−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−(オクタデカノキシカルボニルエチル)フェノール)であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- 透明熱可塑性プラスチック材料がポリカーボネートであることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 組成物が、更なる成分として、紫外線吸収剤、着色剤、離型剤および防炎加工剤から成る群からの少なくとも1種の化合物を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 以下のものを含有するマスターバッチ:
a.85.00重量%〜98.90重量%の、透明な熱可塑性プラスチック、
b.0.10重量%〜2.00重量%の無機IR吸収剤としての亜鉛ドープタングステン酸塩、および
c.1.00重量%〜4.80重量%の分散剤、
d.0.00重量%〜0.20重量%の、ホスフィンに基づく安定剤、
e.0.00重量%〜8.00重量%の、少なくとも1種の更なる補助物質および/または添加剤、
ただし、成分a〜eの合計は100重量%である。 - 無機IR吸収剤がアクリレートマトリックス中に存在し、透明熱可塑性プラスチックがポリカーボネートであり、および安定剤がトリフェニルホスフィンであることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のマスターバッチ。
- ポリマー組成物におけるIR吸収剤としての亜鉛ドープタングステン酸塩を安定化させるためのホスフィンの使用。
- ホスフィンがトリフェニルホスフィン(TPP)であり、タングステン酸塩がZnwCs0.33WO3(w=0.001〜0.015)であり、およびポリマーがポリカーボネートであることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の使用。
- シート、および自動車、軌道車、航空機および建築物のグレージングを製造するための請求項1に記載のポリマー組成物の使用。
- 熱可塑性ポリマー組成物における無機IR吸収剤を安定させるための、ホスフィンに基づく安定剤、ならびにホスフィットおよび少なくとも1種のフェノール系酸化防止剤に基づく安定剤を少なくとも含有する安定剤配合の使用。
