Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- ハロゲン非含有難燃性組成物であって、
スチレンブロック共重合体、
170℃以下の溶融温度を有する低融点リン系難燃剤、および
少なくとも2つのリンおよび窒素含有リン酸塩を含む固体発泡性難燃剤のブレンド、
を含み、
前記スチレンブロック共重合体が、前記組成物の全重合体含有量の少なくとも40重量%を構成し、
前記組成物がUL−62 VW−1燃焼試験に合格することを特徴とする組成物である、ハロゲン非含有難燃性組成物。 - 前記スチレンブロック共重合体が、前記組成物の全重合体含有量の少なくとも50重量%を構成する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記少なくとも2つのリンおよび窒素含有リン酸塩が、メラミン誘導体とピペラジンピロリン酸塩とを含む、請求項1に記載のハロゲン非含有難燃性組成物。
- 前記スチレンブロック共重合体がSEBSであり、前記メラミン誘導体がメラミンピロリン酸塩である、請求項3に記載のハロゲン非含有難燃性組成物。
- 前記低融点リン系難燃剤が、有機リン酸エステルである、請求項3に記載のハロゲン非含有難燃性組成物。
- 前記低融点有機リン酸エステルが、ビスフェノールAジリン酸エステルである、請求項5に記載のハロゲン非含有難燃性組成物。
- さらに極性オレフィン重合体を含む、請求項3に記載のハロゲン非含有難燃性組成物。
- さらにポリカーボネートを含む、請求項7に記載のハロゲン非含有難燃性組成物。
- 前記低融点リン系難燃剤、および前記の固体発泡性難燃剤のブレンドが、前記組成物の少なくとも25重量%を占め、前記の固体発泡性難燃剤のブレンドが、前記リン系難燃剤と、前記の固体発泡性難燃剤のブレンドとの合計重量の少なくとも20重量%を占める、請求項1に記載のハロゲン非含有難燃性組成物。
- 請求項1に記載のハロゲン非含有難燃性組成物を含む外被層または絶縁層を含む電線またはケーブル。
