Description
−5つの試験片がいずれも、バーナーの炎を除去したとき、いずれの時点でも10秒を超えて燃焼しない。
−10回の発火試験の総燃焼時間が50秒を超えない。
−いずれの試験片も、クランプまで炎又は残じん(afterglow)を伴って燃焼しない。
−いずれの試験片からも、下方の綿を発火させる燃焼滴下物が落下してはならない。
−いずれの試験片の残じん燃焼も30秒を超えない。
材料は、以下の場合、UL94 V−1に分類される。
−5つの試験片がいずれも、バーナーの炎を除去したとき、いずれの時点でも30秒を超えて燃焼しない。
−10回の発火試験の総燃焼時間が250秒を超えない。
−いずれの試験片も、クランプまで炎又は残じんを伴って燃焼しない。
−いずれの試験片からも、下方の綿を発火させる燃焼滴下物が落下してはならない。
−いずれの試験片の残じん燃焼も60秒を超えない。

Claims (10)
- 15重量%から60重量%の熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)、
15重量%から60重量%の難燃剤、及び
0.01重量%から20重量%のエポキシ化ノボラック樹脂を含む組成物。 - 前記難燃剤が、メラミン含有化合物、窒素及びリン系難燃剤、リン系難燃剤、金属水和物、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記難燃剤が、金属水和物とリン系難燃剤のブレンド、窒素及びリン系難燃剤とリン系難燃剤のブレンド、及び金属水和物とポリホスフェート難燃剤のブレンドからなる群から選択される、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 30重量%から50重量%の熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)、
5重量%から25重量%の極性オレフィン系ポリマー、
15重量%から65重量%の難燃剤、及び
0.1重量%から5重量%のエポキシ化ノボラック樹脂を含む組成物。 - 前記極性オレフィン系ポリマーが、エチレンビニルアセテートである、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 前記難燃剤が、(1)窒素及びリン系難燃剤とリン系難燃剤のブレンド、及び(2)金属水和物とリン系難燃剤のブレンドから選択される、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の組成物からなる少なくとも1つの成分を含む物品。
- 金属導体及び前記金属導体上のコーティングを含み、前記コーティングが前記組成物を含む、請求項8に記載の物品。
- 前記コーティングされた金属導体が、UL−1581の1080法に従って決定されたVW−1等級を有する、請求項9に記載の物品。
