Claims (13)
- 基板(2)と、半導体層(3)と、前記半導体層(3)の第1の表面(5)上の第1の母線(4)と、前記半導体層(3)の第2の表面(7)上の第2の母線(6)と、を含む太陽電池(1)において、
接続線(8)に沿って、前記第1の母線(4)が、前記接続線(8)に垂直な最大幅bImaxを有する接触パッド(9、9’)であって、それらの間において、接触エリア(11)で前記接触パッド(9、9’)と接触する集電エリア(10)が前記接続線(8)上にそれぞれ位置する接触パッド(9、9’)を有し、
前記接触エリア(11)が、前記接続線(8)の両側に、2つの外側点P1およびP2であって、前記接続線(8)に垂直なこれらの外側点の間隔が、前記集電エリア(10)の最大幅bSmaxを画定する2つの外側点P1およびP2を有し、
bImax<bSmaxであり、
1つの接触パッド(9)から始まって隣接する接触パッド(9’)に至る前記集電エリア(10)の幅bが、最初に、2つの内側点P3とP4との間で最小幅bSminまで減少し、次に再び前記隣接する接触パッド(9’)まで増加して最大幅bSmax’に至ることを特徴とする、太陽電池(1)。 - bImaxとbSmaxとの間の比率が、1.1〜15の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽電池(1)。
- bSmaxとbSminとの間の比率が、1.05〜20の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池(1)。
- bImaxと、2つの接触パッド(9、9’)間の間隔dとの間の比率が、2〜30の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の太陽電池(1)。
- 前記接触パッド(9、9’)が、円として設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の太陽電池(1)。
- 前記接触パッド(9、9’)が、切り欠き(12)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の太陽電池(1)。
- 前記点P1および前記点P3を通る第1の直線(16)と、前記点P2および前記点P4を通る第2の直線(17)との間の角度αが、3〜50°の範囲であり、前記点P1およびP3ならびに前記点P2およびP4が、それぞれ、前記接続線(8)の同じ側に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の太陽電池(1)。
- 前記点P1における、前記接触パッド(9)に対する第1の接線(13)と、前記点P2における、前記接触パッド(9)に対する第2の接線(14)との間の角度βが、50〜150°の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の太陽電池(1)。
- 前記接触パッド(9、9’)および前記集電エリア(10)が、導電性ペーストを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の太陽電池(1)。
- スクリーン印刷により前記導電性ペーストを印刷することによって、前記太陽電池(1)を取得できることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の太陽電池(1)。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池(1)を製造するための方法であって、
基板(2)と、半導体層(3)と、前記半導体層(3)の第1の表面(5)上の第1の母線(4)と、前記半導体層(3)の第2の表面(7)上の第2の母線(6)と、を含む太陽電池上で、
接続線(8)に沿って、前記第1の母線(4)が、前記接続線(8)に垂直な最大幅bImaxを有する接触パッド(9、9’)であって、それらの間において、接触エリア(11)で前記接触パッド(9、9’)と接触する集電エリア(10)が前記接続線(8)上にそれぞれ位置する接触パッド(9、9’)を有するように、前記第1の母線(4)が、前記半導体層(3)の前記第1の表面(5)に施され、
前記接触エリア(11)が、前記接続線(8)の両側に、2つの外側点P1およびP2であって、前記接続線(8)に垂直なこれらの外側点の間隔が、前記集電エリア(10)の最大幅bSmaxを画定する2つの外側点P1およびP2を有し、
bImax<bSmaxであり、
1つの接触パッド(9)から始まって隣接する接触パッド(9’)に至る前記集電エリア(10)の幅bが、最初に、2つの内側点P3とP4との間で最小幅bSminまで減少し、次に再び前記隣接する接触パッド(9’)まで増加して最大幅bSmax’に至るステップを含む方法。 - 接触ストリップ(15)により第1の太陽電池(1)上の第1の母線(4)を、隣接する太陽電池(1’)上の第2の母線(6)に接続することによって、少なくとも2つの太陽電池(1、1’)が導電的に相互接続される太陽電池配列において、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の太陽電池が、第1の太陽電池(1)として用いられることを特徴とする太陽電池配列。
- 前記接触パッド(9、9’)の最大幅bImaxと前記接触ストリップ(15)の幅bKBとの間の比率が、0.5〜2.0の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の太陽電池配列。
