本願は、ここに完全に示されるように、参照によってここに組み込まれる2010年1月7日に出願された韓国特許出願第2010−0001059号及び2010年3月30日に出願された韓国特許出願第2010−0028693号の優先権及びその利益を、主張する。
Claims (17)
- 中心軸に対して放射状に対称的な構造をなす非球面LEDレンズであって、
前記非球面LEDレンズは、
前記中心軸の付近が凹面状に陥没した出光面と、
前記中心軸上に頂点が位置する円錐状面からなる入光面と、を含み、
前記出光面のうち側面の一部に複数の突起が形成されることを特徴とする非球面LEDレンズ。 - 前記非球面LEDレンズは、液状シリコーンゴム(Liquid Silicone Rubber、LSR)で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の非球面LEDレンズ。
- 前記出光面は、少なくとも二つの直線部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の非球面LEDレンズ。
- 前記二つの直線部は前記中心軸線で交わり、前記直線部はそれぞれ、水平方向に対して約10°以上約40°以下の傾斜を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の非球面LEDレンズ。
- 前記出光面は、曲率半径が異なる複数の曲線部の組み合わせからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の非球面LEDレンズ。
- 前記曲率半径は約1.0以上約5.0以下であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の非球面LEDレンズ。
- ハウジングと、前記ハウジング上に実装された発光ダイオードチップと、前記発光ダイオードチップの上部に形成され、中心軸に対して放射状の対称的な構造をなす非球面LEDレンズとを含むバックライト用発光装置において、
前記非球面LEDレンズは、
前記中心軸の近傍で凹状に陥没した出光面と、
前記中心軸上に頂点が位置する円錐状面からなる入光面と、を含み、
前記出光面のうち側面の一部に複数の突起が形成されることを特徴とするバックライト用発光装置。 - 前記発光ダイオードチップから出射されて前記非球面LEDレンズを通過した光は、前記バックライト用発光装置の中央部において、光量及び光の強さがピーク値の約30%〜約40%に該当し、光の指向角の曲線のピーク角度が約±67°になることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバックライト用発光装置。
- 前記非球面LEDレンズは、液状シリコーンゴム(Liquid Silicone Rubber、LSR)で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバックライト用発光装置。
- 前記非球面LEDレンズの前記出光面は少なくとも二つの直線部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバックライト用発光装置。
- 前記二つの直線部は前記中心軸線で交わり、それぞれの直線部は水平方向に対して約10°以上約40°以下の傾斜を有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のバックライト用発光装置。
- 前記非球面LEDレンズの前記出光面は、曲率半径が異なる複数の曲線部の組み合わせからなることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバックライト用発光装置。
- 前記曲率半径は約1.0以上約5.0以下であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のバックライト用発光装置。
- 前記発光ダイオードチップは、前記非球面LEDレンズの前記中心軸と前記ハウジングとが交わる位置に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバックライト用発光装置。
- 前記ハウジングは所定深さのキャビティを備え、前記発光ダイオードチップは前記キャビティ内に位置することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載のバックライト用発光装置。
- 前記キャビティは、前記発光ダイオードチップを封止する封止材で充填されたことを特徴とする、請求項15に記載のバックライト用発光装置。
- 前記非球面LEDレンズは、前記液状シリコーンゴムと拡散剤との混合物を射出成形することによって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のバックライト用発光装置。
