図1は本発明の一実施形態による発光モジュ−ルを示した斜視図であり、図2は本発明の一実施形態による発光モジュ−ルに含まれた発光ダイオ−ドチップを示した断面図である。また、図3は本発明の一実施形態による発光モジュ−ルを示した平面図である。また、図4は図3のA−A´線に沿って切り取った断面図であり、図5は図3のB−B´線に沿って切り取った断面図である。

Claims (16)
- 基板と、
前記基板上に配置された1つ以上の発光ダイオードチップと、
前記1つ以上の発光ダイオードチップを覆うように前記基板に接続されたレンズと、
を含む発光モジュールであって、
前記レンズは、発光ダイオードチップから出射された光が入射する入射面と、前記レンズに入射した光が出射する出射面と、前記基板に接する下面と、前記出射面及び下面を接続するフランジと、を含み、
前記入射面は、前記1つ以上の発光ダイオードチップの上部に位置する凹入射面と、前記凹入射面から延びる凸入射面と、を含み、
前記凸入射面は、前記凹入射面の端部から前記レンズの下面まで延びており、
前記発光ダイオードチップの高さは、前記基板の上面を基準として、前記凸入射面と前記凹入射面との境界における変曲点の高さよりも小さい、発光モジュール。 - 前記基板の同一平面上に前記1つ以上の発光ダイオードチップの下面と前記レンズの前記下面とが位置している、請求項1に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記1つ以上の発光ダイオードチップの側面上端は、前記変曲点と、前記凸入射面と前記下面との境界点との間に配置される、請求項2に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記発光ダイオードチップの高さは、前記境界点と前記凸入射面の中心点との高さよりも大きい、請求項3に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記入射面の中心軸が、前記出射面の中心軸と異なる位置に位置する、請求項1に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記出射面は、2つの凸出射面と、前記2つの凸出射面の間を接続する凹出射面と、を含む、請求項1に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記1つ以上の発光ダイオードチップは、上面及び側面に光を出射する、請求項1に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記1つ以上の発光ダイオードチップは、
n型半導体層、p型半導体層、及び前記n型半導体層とp型半導体層との間に介在された活性層を含む発光構造体と、
前記発光構造体の下部に配置された一対の電極パッドと、を含む、請求項7に記載の発光モジュール。 - 前記1つ以上の発光ダイオードチップは、
前記発光構造体の上面及び側面を覆うように配置され、前記発光構造体から出射された光を波長変換する蛍光体層をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の発光モジュール。 - 前記レンズは、下部に形成されて前記基板と接触する複数の脚部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記基板の上面には、前記複数の脚部が配置される複数の固定溝が形成される、請求項10に記載の発光モジュール。
- 基板上に配置された1つ以上の発光ダイオードチップを覆い、前記1つ以上の発光ダイオードチップから出射された光が入射される入射面と、
前記入射面を介して入射された光が出射される出射面と、
前記基板に接する下面と、前記出射面及び下面を接続するフランジと、を含むレンズであって、
前記入射面は、前記1つの発光ダイオードチップの上部に位置する凹入射面と、前記凹入射面から延びる凸入射面と、を含み、
前記凸入射面と前記凹入射面との境界における変曲点と、前記凸入射面と下面との境界点と、を含み、
前記凸入射面は、前記凹入射面から前記レンズの下面まで延びており、
前記基板の上面を基準として、前記凸入射面と前記凹入射面との境界における変曲点の高さは、前記発光ダイオードチップの高さよりも大きい、レンズ。 - 前記基板に接するレンズ下面をさらに含み、
前記レンズ下面が、前記1つ以上の発光ダイオードチップの下面及び前記基板の表面と同一平面上である、請求項12に記載のレンズ。 - 前記境界点と前記凸入射面の中心点との高さは、前記発光ダイオードチップの高さよりも小さい、請求項12に記載のレンズ。
- 前記出射面は、2つの凸出射面と、前記2つの凸出射面の間を接続する凹出射面と、を含む、請求項12に記載のレンズ。
- 下部に形成されて前記基板と接触する複数の脚部をさらに含む、請求項12に記載のレンズ。
