Abstract
Description
本出願は2009年11月16日出願の米国仮出願第61/261594号明細書からの優先権の利益を主張する。
技術分野
本発明は、接着剤と組み合わせて主として弾性繊維を含む弾性生地を含む製品に関する。接着剤が弾性生地上に塗布される場合は、その製品は本質的に弾性フィルムである。製品は、場合により弾性の生地であってもよいその他の生地に接着または付着することができる。製品を製造する方法も更に含まれる。
織布を含む様々な基材のための接着剤として、ポリアミド、ポリオレフィンおよびポリウレタン(ポリウレタン尿素を含む)のような種々の重合体を使用することができる。フィルムの例は、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、ポリアミドおよび、Bemis Associates,Shirley,MAから市販のポリオレフィンフィルムを含む。水性ポリウレタン分散液から成形され、乾燥されるポリウレタンフィルムの例は、その両方がそれらの全体を参照することにより本明細書に引用されたこととされる、特許文献1および特許文献2に開示されている(特許文献1、2参照)。

一般に、生地および衣類に伸びと弾性回復を与えるために、弾性繊維が使用される。「弾性繊維」は、どんな皺とも独立して、100%を超える破断点伸びをもつ、希釈剤を含まない連続フィラメント(場合により凝集多重フィラメント)または複数のフィラメントのいずれかである。弾性繊維は、(1)その長さを2倍に伸長され、(2)1分間保持され、そして(3)解放されると、解放の1分以内にその当初の長さの1.5倍未満に縮む。本明細書の本文に使用される「弾性繊維」は、少なくとも1つの弾性繊維またはフィラメントを意味する。このような弾性繊維は、それらに限定はされないが、ゴムのフィラメント、二成分フィラメント(ゴム、ポリウレタン、等を基材にすることができる)、ラストールおよびスパンデックスを含む。用語「弾性(elastomeric)」と「弾性(elastic)」は本明細書中では互換性に使用される。

Claims (17)
- (a)生地の約100重量%の弾性繊維を含んでなる1つのストレッチ生地および
(b)少なくとも1つの接着剤:
を含んでなる多層を含む製品。 - 接着剤がホットメルト接着剤、コンタクト型接着剤、熱可塑性物資、またはポリウレタン尿素の水性分散液(ホットメルトの不織物および点状接着物を含む)である、請求項1の製品。
- 分散物が実質的に溶媒を含まない、請求項2の製品。
- 接着剤がポリウレタン尿素の水性分散液とホットメルト重合体の混合物である、請求項1の製品。
- ストレッチ生地が輪編みニット、縦編みニット、織物および/または不織布である、請求項1の製品。
- 弾性繊維がスパンデックスである、請求項1の製品。
- 請求項1の製品を含んでなる生地および衣類。
- 請求項1の製品を製造する方法。
- (a)少なくとも2層、および
(b)請求項1の少なくとも1つの製品:
を含んでなる多層、を含む生地。 - 少なくとも2層が、(a)2枚の生地の層、(b)2枚の発泡体層、(c)1枚の生地の層および1枚の発泡体層、並びにそれらの組み合わせ物、よりなる群から選択される、請求項9の製品。
- 製品が成形されている、請求項10の製品。
- 製品が圧縮成形されている、請求項10の製品。

- (a)生地の約50%〜100重量%の弾性繊維を含んでなる1つのストレッチ生地および
