技术领域
本发明涉及一种弹性不织布基材的制造方法,尤其涉及一种可提高弹性不织布与支撑材的结合力的弹性不织布基材的制造方法。
背景技术
在传统的纺织工业中,针对于穿着时需弹性贴合人体的衣着(例如纸尿裤或运动服饰等)采用松紧带,但其具有较不轻薄以及处理繁琐的缺点。随着纺织产业的进步,开发出更轻薄的弹性不织布里衬,其具有加工处理更加快速的优点,可应用于纸尿裤、擦拭布、医疗卫材、运动服饰及羽绒服等用途。
在对弹性不织布里衬进行后加工点胶处理时,弹性不织布的伸长率太大,会造成加工困难,因此,需要一层伸长率较低的支撑材,以便于后加工。此外,在使用弹性不织布里衬时,通常会将里衬布堆叠起来,利用刀模裁切成所需大小。然而,单层弹性不织布材料堆叠裁切后容易彼此黏结,因此,需要支撑材辅助,以帮助里衬布之间剥离。
在现有技术中,大多采用热熔处理,不织布由热塑性高分子材料制成,利用升温并施加压力等加工方式(如热压、热风黏合等),可使热塑性高分子材料熔融且相互黏结,因此具有结合力。然而,熔融后不织布的手感改变,且熔融面积越大,手感越硬。此外,热熔处理更具有弹性变差的缺点,由于不织布熔融部分类似塑胶片材,未熔融部分为纤维,两种形态的拉伸性质差异大,若使用热压方法结合,则会影响弹性。
基于上述,发展出一种能够提高弹性不织布与支撑材之间的结合力的方法,以便于后加工及使用,且不影响弹性及手感,为目前所需研究的重要课题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种弹性不织布基材的制造方法,所述方法能够提高弹性不织布与支撑材之间的结合力,以便于后加工及使用,且不影响弹性及手感。
本发明的弹性不织布基材的制造方法,所述方法包括以下步骤。以热塑性弹性体作为材料,形成弹性不织布。之后,将弹性不织布与支撑材贴合,以组成弹性不织布基材,并于弹性不织布与支撑材之间进行介面处理。接着,对弹性不织布基材进行点胶处理。
在本发明的一实施例中,热塑性弹性体包含聚酯、聚酰胺、或聚烯烃热塑性高分子材料。

在本实施例中,提出两种不同的方法进行点胶处理。第一,点胶处理可包括将高分子树脂胶体涂布于弹性不织布上。第二,点胶处理可包括将高分子树脂胶体涂布于弹性不织布上,再加上高分子材料粉末。更详细而言,高分子树脂胶体可包括聚酯、聚酰胺、聚氨酯、聚乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯或其两个的共聚物或共混物,高分子材料粉末可包括聚酯、聚酰胺、聚氨酯、聚乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯或其两个的共聚物或共混物。
<弹性不织布基材>
依据上文所述的弹性不织布基材的制造方法,即可完成本发明的弹性不织布基材。通过本发明的制造方法所制成的弹性不织布基材可在裁切后与织物贴合(加上温度与压力)。由于本发明的弹性不织布基材包括支撑材,且弹性不织布与支撑材之间通过静电驻极、感压胶、超音波黏合、纤维物理性纠结缠绕或以线缝合的介面处理方式提升结合力,因此,在裁切时有助于里衬布之间剥离,提升使用上的便利性,且不影响弹性及手感。并且,本发明的弹性不织布基材与织物贴合后,需将支撑材移除,若使用现有的热熔方式,则难以达成此应用目的。
在所制成的弹性不织布基材的性质方面,纤维直径小于10μm,手感柔软,依据ISO105-X18:2007进行酚黄测试的结果为4/5,依据GB/T 7573-2009测得的pH值为5.6。
综上所述,本发明提出一种弹性不织布基材的制造方法,其中通过静电驻极、感压胶、超音波黏合、纤维物理性纠结缠绕或以线缝合的介面处理方式,提高弹性不织布与支撑材之间的结合力,因此,有利于后加工点胶处理的进行,且在裁切时有助于里衬布之间剥离,提升使用上的便利性,且不影响弹性及手感。另一方面,在弹性不织布基材的制造方法中,本发明对例如是聚酯、聚酰胺或聚烯烃热塑性弹性体进行熔喷处理,以形成具有纹路的弹性不织布,纹路有助于改善CD方向上的弹性。
虽然本发明已以实施例揭示如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何所属技术领域中技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作些许的更改与润饰,故本发明的保护范围当视权利要求所界定的为准。

Claims (13)

1.一种弹性不织布基材的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:
以热塑性弹性体作为材料,形成弹性不织布;
将所述弹性不织布与支撑材贴合,以组成弹性不织布基材,并于所述弹性不织布与所述支撑材之间进行介面处理;以及
对所述弹性不织布基材进行点胶处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹性不织布基材的制造方法,其特征在于,热塑性弹性体包括聚酯、聚酰胺或聚烯烃热塑性高分子材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的弹性不织布基材的制造方法,其特征在于,所述支撑材包括纺黏不织布。
4.根据权利要求3所述的弹性不织布基材的制造方法,其特征在于,所述纺黏不织布的材料包括聚丙烯、聚酯或聚酰胺。
5.根据权利要求1所述的弹性不织布基材的制造方法,其特征在于,所述点胶处理包括将高分子树脂胶体涂布于所述弹性不织布上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的弹性不织布基材的制造方法,其特征在于,所述点胶处理包括将高分子树脂胶体涂布于所述弹性不织布上,再加上高分子材料粉末。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的弹性不织布基材的制造方法,其特征在于,所述高分子树脂胶体包括聚酯、聚酰胺、聚氨酯、聚乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯或其两个的共聚物或共混物。
8.根据权利要求6所述的弹性不织布基材的制造方法,其特征在于,所述高分子材料粉末包括聚酯、聚酰胺、聚氨酯、聚乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯或其两个的共聚物或共混物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的弹性不织布基材的制造方法,其特征在于,所述介面处理包括静电驻极、感压胶、超音波黏合、纤维物理性纠结缠绕或线缝合。
10.根据权利要求9所述的弹性不织布基材的制造方法,其特征在于,所述静电驻极包括对所述弹性不织布及所述支撑材的表面施加电压0至50kV,以进行极化形成表面带静电的驻极体。
11.根据权利要求9所述的弹性不织布基材的制造方法,其特征在于,所述感压胶的材料包括橡胶弹性体、烯类聚合物、增黏树脂及增塑剂。
12.根据权利要求1所述的弹性不织布基材的制造方法,其特征在于,形成所述弹性不织布的方法包括对热塑性弹性体进行熔喷处理或纺黏处理以形成所述弹性不织布。
13.根据权利要求1所述的弹性不织布基材的制造方法,其特征在于,形成所述弹性不织布包括由热塑性弹性体的短纤维或长纤维形成所述弹性不织布。
