Abstract
本发明涉及一次性卫生用品领域,具体的说是一种吸水性卫生制品的复合弹性材料结构及其制备工艺。包括PET膜,无纺布,PUR胶层,其特征在于:所述无纺布的上方从下至上依次设有PUR胶层和PET膜,所述PET膜上设有V型微孔,所述V型微孔的末端孔径变窄,PET膜通过V型微孔的末端连接PUR胶层。本发明同现有技术相比,结构简单,使用湿气固化反应型聚氨酯热熔胶将熔喷弹性无纺布和PET膜结合在一起,此胶不添加溶剂,没有味道,其胶分子与空气中水分子发生反应,形成不可逆的胶联固化结构,从而形成更稳固耐久的胶层,永久保持材料的弹性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一次性卫生用品领域,具体的说是一种吸水性卫生制品的复合弹性材料结构及其制备工艺。
背景技术
现有技术中的一次性卫生用品如卫生巾、纸尿裤等弹性材料往往使用橡筋、氨纶丝或其他有弹性的材料加入到产品中,来保证弹性。然而,这种材质往往不能长时间保持弹性,且容易在使用过程中拉断,造成使用者的困扰和尴尬。
发明内容
本发明为克服现有技术的不足,设计一种使用复合弹性材料结构,并且可以永久保持弹性的吸水性卫生制品及其制备工艺。
为实现上述目的,设计一种吸水性卫生制品的复合弹性材料结构,包括PET膜,无纺布,PUR胶层,其特征在于:所述无纺布的上方从下至上依次设有PUR胶层和PET膜,所述PET膜上设有V型微孔,所述V型微孔的末端孔径变窄,PET膜通过V型微孔的末端连接PUR胶层。
所述PET膜和无纺布之间通过PUR胶层胶联固化。
所述无纺布3为熔喷弹性无纺布,无纺布3以热塑性弹性体为原料,通过常规熔喷法生产而成,无纺布3的克重为16~40克每平方米。
所述PET膜的克重在12~30克每平方米。
所述PUR胶层的覆盖率在15%~50%之间,PUR胶层的胶量在0.5~2克每平方米之间。
一种吸水性卫生制品的制备工艺,其特征在于包括如下步骤:1)将PET膜、无纺布分别放在卷收器上;2)采用辊涂工艺,将转辊放在PUR胶槽的上方,当转辊转动时,PUR胶会在转辊表面形成一层PUR胶;3)PET膜放卷,当PET膜经过转辊时,涂满PUR胶的转辊将和PET膜接触,此时PUR胶转移至PET膜表面;4)无纺布放卷,无纺布会和涂满PUR胶的PET膜涂胶面结合;5)将无纺布、PUR胶和PET膜结合后的成品通过平压轮进行收卷,即可得成品。
所述PUR胶槽的温度为100℃。
所述转辊的温度为100℃,转辊的压力为0.5MPa,转辊间隙为1.95mm。
所述平压轮的温度为75℃,压力为0.5MPa。

参见图1~图3,其中,1是PET膜,2是PUR胶层,3是无纺布,4是V型微孔。
具体实施方式
下面根据附图对本发明做进一步的说明。
如图1所示,所述无纺布3的上方从下至上依次设有PUR胶层2和PET膜1,所述PET膜1上设有V型微孔4,所述V型微孔4的末端孔径变窄,PET膜1通过V型微孔4的末端连接PUR胶层2。
所述PET膜1和无纺布3之间通过PUR胶层2胶联固化。
所述无纺布3为熔喷弹性无纺布,无纺布3以热塑性弹性体为原料,通过常规熔喷法生产而成,无纺布3的克重为16~40克每平方米。
所述PET膜1的克重为12~30克每平方米。
所述PUR胶层2的覆盖率在15%~50%之间,PUR胶层2的胶量在0.5~2克每平方米之间。
实施例一:PET膜1上的V型微孔4可以如图2所示,V型微孔4的顶部孔径较大,V型微孔4的高度较小,具有快速吸收功能,产品更干爽,适合日用型产品。
实施例二:PET膜1上的V型微孔4可以如图3所示,V型微孔4的顶部孔径较小,V型微孔4的高度较大,能做到零回渗,更能锁住液体,饱和性好,适用于夜用型产品。
制作本发明的设备包括一对转辊、平压轮、两个放卷设备、胶槽和收卷设备,放卷设备上分别放有PET膜和无纺布,收卷设备用来收卷成品。生产设备从左至由依次设为PET膜放卷设备、胶槽、无纺布放卷设备、平压轮和收卷设备,胶槽内设有PUR胶,胶槽上设有一对上下放置的转辊,下方的转辊半浸入在胶槽内,上方的转辊完全露出在胶槽上,PET膜放卷设备上的PET膜依次经过一对转辊的中部,并和无纺布放卷设备上的无纺布相结合,结合后通过平压轮的压制,并最终由成品收卷设备收卷。
本发明中PET膜放卷的张力、经过涂满PUR胶的转辊后的张力、与无纺布结合后的张力,弹性无纺布放卷的张力、经过平压轮后的张力、收卷的张力,都由张力调节器控制,使其始终保持一致。
本发明的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:1)将PET膜、无纺布分别放在卷收器上;2)采用辊涂工艺,将转辊放在PUR胶槽的上方,当转辊转动时,PUR胶会在转辊表面形成一层PUR胶;3)PET膜放卷,当PET膜经过转辊时,涂满PUR胶的转辊将和PET膜接触,此时PUR胶转移至PET膜表面;4)无纺布放卷,无纺布会和涂满PUR胶的PET膜涂胶面结合;5)将无纺布、PUR胶和PET膜结合后的成品通过平压轮进行收卷,即可得成品。
所述PUR胶槽的温度为100℃。
所述转辊的温度为100℃,转辊的压力为0.5MPa,转辊间隙为1.95mm。
所述平压轮的温度为75℃,压力为0.5MPa。
本发明使用时,PUR胶层2使用湿气固化反应型聚氨酯热熔胶层,不添加溶剂,更符合环保要求。无纺布3采用熔喷弹性无纺布,除了具有熔喷无纺布的特性外,还具有弹性、可伸展性和易曲性等优异性能。
Claims (9)
1.一种吸水性卫生制品的复合弹性材料结构,包括PET膜,无纺布,PUR胶层,其特征在于:所述无纺布(3)的上方从下至上依次设有PUR胶层(2)和PET膜(1),所述PET膜(1)上设有V型微孔(4),所述V型微孔(4)的末端孔径变窄,PET膜(1)通过V型微孔(4)的末端连接PUR胶层(2)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种吸水性卫生制品的复合弹性材料结构,其特征在于:所述PET膜(1)和无纺布(3)之间通过PUR胶层(2)胶联固化。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种吸水性卫生制品的复合弹性材料结构,其特征在于:所述无纺布(3)为熔喷弹性无纺布,无纺布(3)以热塑性弹性体为原料,通过常规熔喷法生产而成,无纺布(3)的克重为16~40克每平方米。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种吸水性卫生制品的复合弹性材料结构,其特征在于:所述PET膜(1)的克重为12~30克每平方米。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种吸水性卫生制品的复合弹性材料结构,其特征在于:所述PUR胶层(2)的覆盖率在15%~50%之间,PUR胶层(2)的胶量在0.5~2克每平方米之间。
6.一种吸水性卫生制品的制备工艺,其特征在于包括如下步骤:1)将PET膜、无纺布分别放在卷收器上;2)采用辊涂工艺,将转辊放在PUR胶槽的上方,当转辊转动时,PUR胶会在转辊表面形成一层PUR胶;3)PET膜放卷,当PET膜经过转辊时,涂满PUR胶的转辊将和PET膜接触,此时PUR胶转移至PET膜表面;4)无纺布放卷,无纺布会和涂满PUR胶的PET膜涂胶面结合;5)将无纺布、PUR胶和PET膜结合后的成品通过平压轮进行收卷,即可得成品。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种吸水性卫生制品的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述PUR胶槽的温度为100℃。
8.如权利要求6所述的一种吸水性卫生制品的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述转辊的温度为100℃,转辊的压力为0.5MPa,转辊间隙为1.95mm。
9.如权利要求6所述的一种吸水性卫生制品的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述平压轮的温度为75℃,压力为0.5MPa。
