Claims (20)
- 伝導性ケーブル芯線と、
前記ケーブル芯線に接続された端子と、
前記ケーブル芯線および前記端子に結合された成形ホットメルト封止部と
を備え、前記ホットメルト封止部が、前記ケーブル芯線と前記端子の境界全体の周りの空間を密接に取り囲むと共に実質的に満たし、周囲の電解質から前記境界を封止する電気的接続構造。 - 前記伝導性ケーブル芯線がアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金から作製され、前記端子が銅合金を含む、請求項1に記載の電気的接続構造。
- 前記ケーブル芯線を囲む絶縁性外被と、
前記芯線の一端に配設された前記芯線の露出されたリード線と
をさらに備え、
前記端子が、一対の絶縁圧着翼部および一対の芯線圧着翼部を備え、
前記絶縁圧着翼部が、前記絶縁性外被に圧着され、前記芯線圧着翼部が、前記露出されたリード線に圧着されると共に前記露出されたリード線と電気的に接触し、前記成形ホットメルト封止部が、前記絶縁圧着翼部および前記芯線圧着翼部の周りに固定され、前記露出されたリード線の周りの空間を密接に取り囲むと共に実質的に満たす、
請求項2に記載の電気的接続構造。 - 前記一対の絶縁圧着翼部と前記一対の芯線圧着翼部の間に形成される間隙が、前記成形ホットメルト封止部で満たされる、請求項3に記載の電気的接続構造。

- 第1の導電性材料から作製される芯線と、絶縁性外被であって、前記絶縁性外被の存在しない露出部分を除いて前記芯線の全長をほぼ取り囲む絶縁性外被とを有する導電性ケーブルと、
前記露出部分に電気的に接続され、電解質環境に露出されるときに前記第1の導電性材料より低い電気的陰性を有する第2の導電性材料で作製される端子と、
前記ケーブルおよび前記端子に結合される成形ホットメルト封止部であって、前記芯線の前記露出部分と、前記露出部分と前記端子の境界との両方の周りの空間を取り囲むと共に実質的に満たし、これにより、前記境界および前記露出部分が、効果的に絶縁され、周囲の電解質への露出から保護される成形ホットメルト封止部と

- 前記一対の絶縁圧着翼部と前記一対の芯線圧着翼部の間に形成される間隙が、前記成形ホットメルト封止部で満たされる、請求項15に記載の電気的接続構造。
- 前記芯線が、圧着されるときに前記成形ホットメルト封止部で満たされるすき間を有する複数の撚り線(15)を含む、請求項16に記載の電気的接続構造。
- 絶縁性外被を有するケーブルのアルミニウム芯線および銅系端子の周りに封止部を形成する方法であって、
前記絶縁性外被の軸方向縁を越えて延びる前記芯線のリード線を用意するステップと、
前記リード線と前記端子の間に電気的接触を提供するように、前記銅系端子を前記リード線に圧着するステップと、
前記リード線、および前記端子と前記リード線の境界部分を成形型の空洞の中に配置するステップと、
前記リード線、および前記端子と前記リード線の前記境界部分上に封止部を設けるように、前記空洞の中にホットメルト材料を注入するステップと
