Abstract
【解決手段】接着に適した流動性を有するとともに、熱処理後に高い熱膨張係数を有し、かつ、長期間高温に曝されても、ガラス成分の蒸発による燃料電池の発電特性の劣化が起こりにくく、接着後の耐熱性にも優れる結晶性ガラス組成物を提供する。

Claims (6)
- ガラス組成として、モル%で、SiO2 40〜70%、MgO 5〜35%、BaO 5〜35%、ZnO 5〜35%、CaO 0〜20%、SrO 0〜20%、B2O3 0〜5%、Al2O3 0〜2%およびLa2O3+Y2O3+Gd2O3+Nb2O5+Ta2O5 0〜30%を含有することを特徴とする結晶性ガラス組成物。
- La2O3 0〜15%およびY2O3 0〜15%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の結晶性ガラス組成物。
- R2O(Rはアルカリ金属を示す)およびP2O5を実質的に含有しないことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の結晶性ガラス組成物。
- 熱処理すると、2MgO・SiO2、BaO・2MgO・2SiO2および2SiO2・2ZnO・BaOから選択される1種以上の結晶を析出することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の結晶性ガラス組成物。
- 熱処理後において、30〜700℃の温度範囲における熱膨張係数が90×10−7/℃以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の結晶性ガラス組成物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の結晶性ガラス組成物を含むことを特徴とする接着材料。
