Abstract
【解決手段】送電コイル4a及び共振容量により構成された送電共振器を有する送電装置1と、受電コイル4b及び共振容量により構成された受電共振器を有する受電装置2を備え、送電コイルと受電コイルの間の作用を介して送電装置から前記受電装置へ電力を伝送する非接触電力伝送装置。補助コイル10及び共振容量11により構成された補助共振器を有する送電補助装置9を更に備える。送電補助装置と送電装置を対向させて配置した状態で、送電コイルと補助コイルの間に、受電コイルを配置するための受電空間を形成し、受電空間内において受電コイルの移動または回転の少なくとも一方を含む変動を伴いながら電力伝送を行うように構成される。

Description
図1は、実施の形態1における磁界共鳴型の非接触電力伝送システムの構成を示す模式断面図である。本実施の形態は、本発明に係る非接触電力伝送システムの基本的な概念を示すものである。なお、図20に示した従来例の非接触電力伝送システムと同様の要素については、同一の参照番号を付して、説明の繰り返しを簡略化する。
実施の形態2における非接触電力伝送システムの基本構成について、図8を参照して説明する。同図は、本実施の形態の非接触電力伝送システムの構成、及びその動作を示す模式断面図である。すなわち、図8(1)〜(3)に亘って、受電装置が一方向へ移動した場合の一例の動作が示されている。なお、これらの図では、図示を判り易くするために、送電装置内に含まれる送電コイル、送電補助装置内に含まれる補助コイル、及び受電装置内に含まれる受電コイルは、模式的に示されている。以下の実施の形態についても同様である。
実施の形態3における非接触電力伝送システムの基本構成について、図11を参照して説明する。同図は、本実施の形態の非接触電力伝送システムの構成、及びその動作を示す模式断面図である。すなわち、図11(1)〜(3)に亘って、受電装置が一方向へ移動した場合の一例の動作が示されている。
本実施の形態においては、受電装置としておもちゃの車両を用いたが、実際の自動車に適用する場合には、受電装置(車内)内に人が居るため、受電コイル以外の受電装置(車内)全体を磁気シールド材で囲んだ状態で電力伝送を行うことが、人体防護の観点から好ましい。
実施の形態4における非接触電力伝送システムの構成について、図16A〜図16Cを参照して説明する。図16A〜図16Cは、本実施の形態の非接触電力伝送システムの構成、及びその動作を模式的に示す正面図である。図16A〜図16Cは、それぞれ異なる構成を示したものである。
実施の形態5における非接触電力伝送システムの構成について、図18を参照して説明する。同図は、本実施の形態の非接触電力伝送システムの構成を示す模式断面図である。本実施の形態は、港の岸壁から漁船やボートへの電力伝送を行う応用例に関するものである。
実施の形態6における非接触電力伝送システムの構成について、図19を参照して説明する。同図は、本実施の形態の非接触電力伝送システムの構成を示す模式断面図である。本実施の形態は、受電コイルが回転している状態で、トローリーバスへ電力伝送を行う応用例に関するものである。

Claims (26)
- 送電コイル及び共振容量により構成された送電共振器を有する送電装置と、
受電コイル及び共振容量により構成された受電共振器を有する受電装置を備え、前記送電コイルと前記受電コイルの間の作用を介して前記送電装置から前記受電装置へ電力を伝送する非接触電力伝送システムにおいて、
補助コイル及び共振容量により構成された補助共振器を有する送電補助装置を更に備え、
前記送電補助装置と前記送電装置を対向させて配置することにより、前記送電コイルと前記補助コイルの間に、前記受電コイルを配置するための受電空間を形成し、前記受電空間内において前記受電コイルの移動または回転の少なくとも一方を含む変動を伴いながら電力伝送を行うように構成されたことを特徴とする非接触電力伝送システム。 - 前記送電コイルと前記受電コイルの間の磁界共鳴を介して前記送電装置から前記受電装置へ電力を伝送するように構成された請求項1記載の非接触電力伝送装置。
- 前記受電コイルが受電空間に配置された状態では、送電コイルと補助コイルと受電コイルの軸方向が互いに平行であるように構成された請求項1または2記載の非接触電力伝送システム。
- 前記受電コイルが前記受電空間内を一方向に移動するように構成された請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の非接触電力伝送システム。
- 前記受電コイルが回転し、かつ移動をしながら電力伝送を行うように構成された請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の非接触電力伝送システム。
- 一つの前記受電空間に1個の前記受電コイルのみが配置されるように構成された請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の非接触電力伝送システム。
- 前記受電コイルに対して1対の送電コイル及び補助コイルのみを使用して電力伝送を行うように構成された請求項6記載の非接触電力伝送システム。
- 前記送電共振器の共振周波数f1と、前記受電共振器の共振周波数f2と、前記補助共振器の共振周波数f3が、f1=f2<f3、またはf3<f1=f2の関係になるように設定された請求項7記載の非接触電力伝送システム。
- 前記送電共振器の共振周波数f1と、前記受電共振器の共振周波数f2と、前記補助共振器の共振周波数f3が、f2<f1=f3、またはf1=f3<f2の関係になるように設定された請求項7記載の非接触電力伝送システム。
- 前記送電コイルの直径d1、前記受電コイルの直径d2、及び前記補助コイルの直径d3が、d1>d2、かつd2<d3の関係を満足する請求項7記載の非接触電力伝送システム。
- d1=d3、かつd1>d2の関係を満足する請求項10記載の非接触電力伝送システム。
- 前記送電コイル及び前記補助コイルの少なくとも一方が空芯コイルであり、前記空芯コイルの中心部に前記受電装置が通り抜けることが可能な大きさの貫通孔が設けられている請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載の非接触電力伝送システム。
- 前記送電コイルまたは前記補助コイルの少なくとも一方の中を前記受電コイルが移動するように構成された請求項12記載の非接触電力伝送システム。
- 前記受電コイル以外の受電装置全体を磁気シールド材で囲んだ状態で電力伝送を行うように構成された請求項1〜13のいずれか1項記載の非接触電力伝送システム。
- 前記受電空間が複数個形成されている請求項1〜14のいずれか1項記載の非接触電力伝送システム。
- 前記受電空間が一方向に配列されている請求項15記載の非接触電力伝送システム。
- 前記受電コイルが位置している前記受電空間の隣の前記受電空間には、同時に他の受電コイルが配置されないように構成された請求項15または16記載の非接触電力伝送システム。
- 前記受電コイルの位置をモニターし、前記受電コイルが位置している前記受電空間のみに給電可能とするように構成された請求項15〜17のいずれか1項記載の非接触電力伝送システム置。
- 前記受電コイルが位置していない前記受電空間を形成する前記送電コイルまたは前記補助コイルの少なくとも一方を電気的に解放(オープン状態)するように構成された請求項18記載の非接触電力伝送システム。
- 前記受電コイルが配置されている受電空間と前記受電コイルが配置されていない受電空間との間で、前記補助共振器に用いられている共振容量を異ならせるように構成された請求項15〜17のいずれか1項記載の非接触電力伝送システム。
- 前記受電コイルが配置されている受電空間と前記受電コイルが配置されていない受電空間との間で、前記補助共振器の共振周波数を異ならせるように構成された請求項15〜17のいずれか1項記載の非接触電力伝送システム。
- 前記送電コイルと前記補助コイルの中心軸が同軸となるように配置されている請求項15〜21のいずれか1項記載の非接触電力伝送システム。
- 前記送電コイルと前記補助コイルが前記受電空間の配列方向において交互に配置されている請求項22記載の非接触電力伝送システム。
- 前記送電コイルと前記補助コイルとが同一の間隔で配置されている請求項23記載の非接触電力伝送システム。
- 前記受電空間の各々において、一対の前記送電コイルと前記補助コイルが、前記受電空間の配列方向と直交する方向に対向させて配置されている請求項15〜21のいずれか1項記載の非接触電力伝送システム。
- 送電コイル及び共振容量により構成された送電共振器を有する送電装置と、受電コイル及び共振容量により構成された受電共振器を有する受電装置とを備え、前記送電コイルと前記受電コイルの間の作用を介して前記送電装置から前記受電装置へ電力を伝送する非接触電力伝送方法において、
補助コイル及び共振容量により構成された補助共振器を有する送電補助装置を更に備え、前記送電補助装置と前記送電装置を対向させて配置した状態で、前記送電コイルと前記補助コイルの間に、前記受電コイルを配置するための受電空間を形成し、前記受電空間内において前記受電コイルの移動または回転の少なくとも一方を含む変動を伴いながら電力伝送を行うことを特徴とする非接触電力伝送方法。
