Abstract
【解決手段】原料ゴムおよびカーボンブラックを含む混練材料Rを混練する密閉式ゴム混練機1と、ロータ8の回転計10aと、ロータ8の回転駆動に要する瞬時電力pを検知する電力計10bと、これら検知データが入力される演算装置11とを備え、これら検知データと、ロータ8の外径Dのデータと、ロータ8の外径位置とチャンバー7の内壁面7aとのクリアランスHのデータとに基づいて演算装置11により、ロータ8が混練材料Rに与えるせん断速度γを混練時間Tで積算した総せん断量Jと、瞬時電力pを混練時間Tで積算した積算電力量Wを混練材料Rの質量Mで除したユニットワークUWとに基づいて、その混練機1の混練効率を評価する評価指数Eを算出する。

Claims (4)
- 原料ゴムおよびカーボンブラックを含む混練材料を混練する密閉式ゴム混練機と、この混練機のロータの回転数を検知する回転計と、このロータの回転駆動に要する瞬時電力を検知する電力計と、前記回転計および電力計の検知データが入力される演算装置とを備え、これら入力される検知データと、前記ロータの外径のデータと、このロータの外径位置とロータが収容されるチャンバーの内壁面とのクリアランスのデータとに基づいて前記演算装置により、前記ロータが混練材料に与えるせん断速度を混練時間で積算して総せん断量を算出し、前記瞬時電力を混練時間で積算した積算電力量を混練材料の質量で除してユニットワークを算出し、この総せん断量とユニットワークとに基づいて、その混練機の混練効率を評価する評価指数を算出する構成にしたことを特徴とする密閉式ゴム混練機を備えた混練システム。
- 前記評価指数を逐次算出する請求項1に記載の密閉式ゴム混練機を備えた混練システム。
- 前記ロータの上部に設けられて、混練を行なう際には下方移動してロータの上部を覆ってチャンバーを密閉する位置に配置され、混練材料を投入する際には上方移動して待機位置に配置される加圧ウエイトの位置のデータを前記演算装置に入力する構成にした請求項1または2に記載の密閉式ゴム混練機を備えた混練システム。
- 混練材料の配合に応じて前記評価指数の限界値を前記演算装置に入力しておき、この限界値と前記算出する評価指数とを比較する構成にした請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の密閉式ゴム混練機を備えた混練システム。
