Claims (5)
- 原料ゴムおよびカーボンブラックを含む混練材料を混練する際の密閉式ゴム混練機の混練効率の評価方法であって、前記混練機のロータが混練材料に与えるせん断速度を混練時間で積算して求めた総せん断量と、前記ロータの回転駆動に要する瞬時電力を混練時間で積算した積算電力量を混練材料の質量で除して求めたユニットワークとに基づいて算出した評価指数の大小によって、その混練機の混練効率を評価することを特徴とする密閉式ゴム混練機の混練効率の評価方法。
- 仕様の異なる複数の混練機によって同一の混練材料を同一の条件で同一の状態に混練した際の前記評価指数を比較することにより、これら複数の混練機の混練効率を比較する請求項1に記載の密閉式ゴム混練機の混練効率の評価方法。
- 同一仕様の混練機によって同一の混練材料を異なる複数の条件で同一の状態に混練した際の前記評価指数を比較することにより、これら複数の条件での混練効率を比較する請求項1に記載の密閉式ゴム混練機の混練効率の評価方法。
- 同一仕様の混練機によって配合の異なる複数の混練材料を同一の条件で同一の状態に混練した際の前記評価指数を比較することにより、これら複数の混練材料についての混練効率を比較する請求項1に記載の密閉式ゴム混練機の混練効率の評価方法。
- 前記評価指数を逐次算出することにより、混練効率の時系列変化を把握する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の密閉式ゴム混練機の混練効率の評価方法。
