Claims (9)
- 原料ゴムと配合剤とを含む混練物を、混練室の内部に配置された一組のロータと、前記混練室の上方を上下移動して前記混練室の上端開口を塞ぐことが可能なラムとを備えた密閉型混練機を用いて混練するゴム材料の混練方法において、
前記混練室の前記上端開口とそれぞれの前記ロータの外周面とで囲まれた前記一組のロータ間上方の空間を受入空間として、前記一組のロータの回転による位相データを制御部に入力し、前記位相データに基づいて前記制御部により前記受入空間の容積を逐次算出し、この逐次算出した前記受入空間の容積が、予め設定された基準値以上になった時に前記原料ゴムを前記混練室に投入する制御をして、前記上端開口をラムで塞いで前記原料ゴムを混練することを特徴とするゴム材料の混練方法。 - 前記一組のロータが、互いの外周面が噛み合うように配置された噛み合い式ロータである請求項1に記載のゴム材料の混練方法。
- 前記基準値を、前記受入空間の最大容積から最小容積を差し引いた変動値の10%を、前記受入空間の最大容積から差し引いた値に設定する請求項1または2に記載のゴム材料の混練方法。
- 前記位相データに基づいて前記制御部により前記一組のロータ間の上面視での隙間の面積を逐次算出し、前記逐次算出した隙間の面積が増加状態にある時に前記原料ゴムを前記混練室に投入する請求項3に記載のゴム材料の混練方法。
- 前記原料ゴムを前記混練室に投入する時に前記一組のロータの回転を停止させる請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のゴム材料の混練方法。
- 原料ゴムと配合剤とを含む混練物が投入される混練室と、この混練室の内部に配置された一組のロータと、前記混練室の上方を上下移動して前記混練室の上端開口を塞ぐことが可能なラムとを備えた密閉型混練機を有するゴム材料の混練装置において、
前記混練室の前記上端開口とそれぞれの前記ロータの外周面とで囲まれた前記一組のロータ間上方の空間を受入空間として、前記一組のロータの回転による位相データが入力される制御部と、この制御部により制御される前記原料ゴムの投入機構とを有し、前記位相データに基づいて前記制御部により前記受入空間の容積が逐次算出されて、この逐次算出された前記受入空間の容積が、予め設定された基準値以上になった時に前記投入機構により前記原料ゴムが前記混練室に投入される構成にしたことを特徴とするゴム材料の混練装置。 - 前記一組のロータが、互いの外周面が噛み合うように配置された噛み合い式ロータである請求項6に記載のゴム材料の混練装置。
- 前記基準値が、前記受入空間の最大容積から最小容積を差し引いた変動値の10%を、前記受入空間の最大容積から差し引いた値に設定された請求項6または7に記載のゴム材料の混練装置。
- 前記位相データに基づいて前記制御部により前記一組のロータ間の上面視での隙間の面積が逐次算出されて、前記逐次算出された隙間の面積が増加状態にある時に前記原料ゴムが前記混練室に投入される構成にした請求項8に記載のゴム材料の混練装置。
