Description
温度データTmのうちの少なくとも一つの指標データDと、正常混練工程後の混練ゴムRFの粘度データBとをそれぞれマスターデータMDとして予め把握しておく。即ち、本発明では非正常混練工程で得られたデータは除外して使用しない。マスターデータMDは制御部12に入力、記憶される。指標データDとして、回転トルクデータTr、電力量データP1(P2)および温度データTmのすべてを採用してもよいが、これらの中では回転トルクデータTrが混練ゴムRFの粘度に最も大きな影響を及ぼす。そのため、回転トルクデータTrを指標データDに含めることが望ましい。

Claims (2)
- 原料ゴムと配合剤とからなるゴム材料をバッチ毎に密閉型混練機の混練室で、前記混練室に内設されたロータを回転させることにより混練して目標粘度範囲の混練ゴムを製造するゴム材料の混練方法において、
前記ゴム材料が前記目標粘度範囲の混練ゴムに混練された正常混練工程での前記ロータを構成するロータ軸の回転トルクデータ、前記ロータを回転駆動させるために要した電力量データ、前記ゴム材料の温度データのうちの少なくとも一つの指標データと、前記正常混練工程後の前記混練ゴムの粘度データとをそれぞれマスターデータとして予め把握しておき、同じ仕様のゴム材料を前記密閉型混練機を用いて混練する際に、前記マスターデータに基づいて混練を行い、
前記マスターデータとして、直近に混練された10バッチ以上の所定バッチ数の前記正常混練工程での前記指標データおよびこれら正常混練工程後の前記混練ゴムの前記粘度データを用い、1バッチの前記正常混練工程が終了する毎に、直近に混練された所定バッチ数の前記正常混練工程での前記指標データおよびこれら正常混練工程後の前記混練ゴムの前記粘度データを用いて前記マスターデータを更新することを特徴とするゴム材料の混練方法。 - 前記マスターデータとして、前記所定バッチ数の前記正常混練工程で取得された前記指標データの平均値およびこれら正常混練工程後の前記混練ゴムの前記粘度データの平均値を用いる請求項1に記載のゴム材料の混練方法。
