Claims (8)
- 原料ゴムと配合剤とからなるゴム材料を密閉型混練機の混練室に投入し、ラムウエイトによって前記混練室を塞いだ状態にして、前記混練室に内設されたロータを回転させることにより前記ゴム材料を混練するゴム材料の混練方法において、
前記混練室に投入されている前記ゴム材料と前記ラムウエイトの下面との接触状態を状態センサより検知し、前記状態センサによる検知データに基づいて、前記混練室に投入されている前記ゴム材料に対して前記ラムウエイトによって付与されるラム圧力の大きさを調整する制御を行うことを特徴とするゴム材料の混練方法。 - 前記検知データに基づいて、前記ラムウエイトの下方移動速度を調整する請求項1に記載のゴム材料の混練方法。
- 前記状態センサとして、前記ラムウエイトに取り付けられたロードセルを使用する請求項1または2に記載のゴム材料の混練方法。
- 前記状態センサとして、前記ラムウエイトと前記混練室に投入されている前記ゴム材料との上下距離を検知する距離センサを使用する請求項1または2に記載のゴム材料の混練方法。
- 前記状態センサとして、前記ラムウエイトの下面の温度を検知する温度センサを使用する請求項1または2に記載のゴム材料の混練方法。
- 前記ゴム材料を複数バッチ連続して混練する際に、その混練よりも前に混練したバッチでの前記ラム圧力の制御に基づいて、その混練での前記ラム圧力の制御を行う請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のゴム材料の混練方法。
- 今回混練するゴム材料と同じ組成のゴム材料を以前に混練している場合には、以前の混練での前記ラム圧力の制御に基づいて、今回の混練での前記ラム圧力の制御を行う請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のゴム材料の混練方法。
- 混練室に内設されたロータと、この混練室の上方で上下移動して前記混練室を塞いだ状態にすることが可能なラムウエイトとを有して、前記混練室に投入された原料ゴムと配合剤とからなるゴム材料が、回転する前記ロータにより混練される密閉型混練機を備えたゴム材料の混練装置において、
前記ラムウエイトの下面と前記混練室に投入されている前記ゴム材料との接触状態を検知する状態センサと、この状態センサによる検知データが入力される制御部とを有し、前記状態センサによる検知データに基づいて、前記混練室に投入されている前記ゴム材料に対して前記ラムウエイトによって付与されるラム圧力の大きさが前記制御部により調整される構成にしたことを特徴とするゴム材料の混練装置。
