Claims (1)
- 原料を混練し、混練物を排出するに際して傾転される混練槽を備え、混練槽の外方位置に立設された支柱の頂部の台板の上に設けられたウェイト昇降用シリンダで昇降され、混練槽の開口に挿入されて混練槽内の原料を加圧し、かつ混練槽とで混練室を構成する加圧ウェイトを備え、混練槽の端面に密接して開口を閉塞すると共に、加圧ウェイトを昇降可能に収納する昇降自在な原料投入槽を備え、加圧ウェイトに下端が連結され、他端側が原料投入槽の天蓋を気密、かつ摺動自在に貫通すると共に、台板を貫通して上方に突出する冷却水供給管および冷却水排出管を備えた加圧式ニーダにおいて、前記台板の上に設けられ、この台板の上に設けられた支持枠に支持され、磁気センサの移動位置により移動量を出力する位置検出ロッドを有する位置検出手段、および前記冷却水供給管または冷却水排出管のうちの何れか一方に接合され、前記支持枠に支持されたガイドにより昇降自在に案内されて、前記磁気センサを前記位置検出ロッドに沿って昇降させる昇降金具からなるウェイト位置検出装置と、電磁切換弁を所定時間閉弁する閉弁保持時間と前記磁気センサを所定量ずつ段階的に下降させる下降量とを設定し得るシリンダ下降条件設定機能を備え、前記磁気センサが所定時間毎に所定量ずつ段階的に下降するように、前記ウェイト昇降用シリンダを作動させる前記電磁切換弁を制御するコントローラと、を設けたことを特徴とする加圧式ニーダ。
